Very very bad service
Very very bad service. I had a problem with my telephone cable and I tried to get an electrician as soon as possible to fix my connection since I am working from home. I got an appointment from this company and the electrician came and said there is no problem, everything works fine, rest the telekom has to do. and he charged 254 euro including Mwst. for 5 minutes. Then I called Telekom and the technician came and He said there is a problem in the connection which the electrician should fix. I had the mobile phone number from the election I tried to get him and he gave me an appointment on 7 th of october then he changed to 9 then to 12th when we called on his number he always used to postpone the appointment at the end of the day his phone number was switched off. When we call the firma they have no idea which electrician was there. such an stupid firma no address , no email nothing I have waited for 17 days today I called an another eletricaion and he fixed it in 30 mintues. Now my next step is to go to the police. I don't think that I will get my money back. but He shouldn't do this to anybody else.
