Expo Stand Services Poland provided us with a booth for Breakbulk Europe 2024. Their communication and guarantees were excellent until the booth installation. We felt comfortable hiring this company to support us as we traveled from different countries to participate in this event.

The booth graphics arrived on the opening day, causing us significant inconvenience. Our project manager repeatedly assured us that the booth would be handed over to us at 5 p.m. the night before the event. However, at 10 p.m. the night before the event, our booth needed graphics, the furniture was subpar, the cabinet did not open, and the beer provided was awful.
Numerous calls and texts were ignored, and when we did receive updates, they were false. We had to scramble to find a vendor to print our graphics due to the lack of communication. On the day of the event, someone finally showed up and placed the graphics, but the issue with the furniture or beer was not resolved.

Since the event in May, we have sent numerous emails requesting a refund for the broken contract with minimal response. We finally were able to schedule a Zoom call, during which the manager guaranteed he would send us a refund within a week. We have been waiting to hear from someone since. We continue to send weekly emails to follow up, which have been ignored.

Expo Stand Services, Poland, took our money, did not follow through on their side of the contract, and has yet to make it right with the refund promised.

Steer clear of this fraudulent company at all costs.

The experience was not what we were wanting at all. It was our first time exhibiting in Europe and we found that there was a lot of miscommunication which I was frustrated with. There were many emails left ignored which added undue stress. Eventually I managed to get through to someone via phone who assured me all would come together. Unfortunately, it did not. Incorrect printing, missing furniture, crew that did not speak English and were not following the schedule. Literally everything that could go wrong, did. They managed to somehow pull it together but this meant my team had to work well into the early hours of the morning which could have been avoided had they stuck to the agreed schedule. They were incredibly difficult to deal with after the show. It was a real shame as we were looking for a professional partner that we could work with for this event any many more to come. I would be very wary of engaging with this company. While mistakes happen, it is the way that they dealt with them that has left a rather bitter taste.

This was my first time creating a conference booth for my company and Expo made it so easy. They dealt with absolutely everything and it was set up on time and in just the way I imagined. The customer service was second to none and even though I am based in the US, my contacts were extremely responsive. I will certainly be using Expo again for any other booths I have and would recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch experience.

Not really anything to complain about. Recommended to others. If You will do follow-up during project process, everything in the end should be 9/10. Always does a bit of extra service than agreed at start. Flexible partner. We have used company services for 3 exibitions, 3 years in a row. 2 times in Dubai, once in Germany.

Had a great experience. Was looking for a vendor in Europe to work with for a show in Paris. Being in the USA, I was worried about time difference and language. However, Expo Exhibition Stands was able to respond quickly, speak in English, and they did a great job setting up at the event.
