Great experience. Defenitly one of the best trips I´ve done

Fantastic trip! Two weeks of self- driving trip 6 people in 2 cars and 4 tents. The route was well laid out, paced and perfect mix of camping, glamping and lodges (approximately a 3rd of each). The 2 cars were excellent - reliable, well equipped and with all what was needed for the trip and camping. The camp sites were clean and we much appreciated the facilities of clean toilets and showers and especially when these were available for each camp site (except for one camp site Okaukuejo which was fine but less charming). Several favorites with the Waterberg Andersson the highlight. We were in particular excited about the glamping sites - the most beautiful the Mowani Campsite. The Dead Valley Lodge, Sossuflei Lodge, Mokuti and Okonjima Plains lodges were superb - beautiful accommodation and great food. The App was great, well laid out and a great help for planning incl recommendation for activities good as well (could provide more alternatives and required timings). Finally, the service and response on queries was exemplary. We very much hope to be back and have already passed on the recommendations.

Explore Namibia truly went above and beyond with organising our trip. Only one word can describe our trip and that's unforgettable! They created an amazing itinerary for our 4x4 self drive tour, everything was thought out well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely book with them again.

Over a period of three years, I rented my 4x4 from Explore Namibia twice. Communication was always exemplary—prompt and very friendly. The offers were even more attractive than renting directly from the car hire company. Highly recommended!

There were no surprises when it came to information around camps and accommodation and our trip went flawless. We had a most wonderful & exciting holiday in the Sept/Oct. period booked for us by Explore Namibia. The great team of Julia & Helena contacted us well in advance to ensure that every detail of our wish list was attended to, we did so much & saw so much. Great resorts, camps & lodges, all of very high standards and super clean. We were a group of 8 and had indeed many wishes and some changes in composition of the group the year before the trip but Julia and her team totally understood that things can change and really adapted the agenda to our wishes & updates. Explore Africa Travel organized a perfect holiday for us. It was one big Adventure. Travelling in Namibia & Botswana was amazing.
Everything was organized well. They give good advice, know all the travelling and places to stay, perfect rental car (Toyata Hilux) etc etc.
The App with all the information about destination, hotels, travelling, program is super handy.

Everything was arranged perfectly. The car with very convenient roof tent were easy to manage. The explanation and all the information we received upfront was great. The locations where we stayed were simply perfect!

I had a great time in Namibia! I did 2 weeks volunteering for EHRA and after that I travelled the country by 4 x 4 for 9 days and went from Windhoek to Fish River Canyon, but also visited Sossusvlei, Gondwana, Naukluft, Damaraland and Etosha. I had a great car, no worries there. Great support from EAT and ASCO.

This tour operator really deserves six stars. Perfect organization – and more: great, fast, personal, and helpful communication, complete planning in paper form, PDF, and as an app, very reasonable prices – and even a Namibia playlist for the trip! These show what a truly innovative, customized travel booking service can achieve these days. And this rating isn't a paid one; as a journalist, I've been traveling the world for more than 30 years and also write about travel. This is the best organization I've ever experienced.
