Christmas is a time for joy?

I ordered games for Christmas on December 8th. The package was sent using Uni Uni. The games have been stuck in a processing facility since Dec 13 and it's now the 23rd. I asked Exploding Kittens about my order and they (or a chat bot) responded that all would be well and I could make other arrangements if my order didn't arrive. They cancelled my order without telling me, but thankfully I checked the status on my own. I sent an angry message and was told that I should be joyful because all would be well. I have loved ordering from this company in the past. I will not be ordering from them again.

Great customer service, highly recommend the company

Great customer service and utter kindness shown by them to me when we ordered a product on the website and accidentally got a newer version when it was the older one we wanted. Issue was resolved in an amazing manner by their customer care who helped us track the exact version we needed down. Will buy more of their products and recommend them to family and friends.

Terrible Support - Avoid

I own the game and recently found there are expansions, so I purchased streaking kittens.

Unfortunately the backs of the cards are a different colour from the main set making it obvious what you are drawing / stealing. So I Google'd it and it seems a common issue, so I contacted support.

They said my copies were dated and if they had Adamagic or STR on the packs they are old and would be mismatched. However, mine did not, as I showed in photos - they then decided to just ignore me and not help at all.

Good game, terrible company / support. Avoid!

Liked the game. Hated company

Liked the game. Hate their marketing website.
Purchased Exploding Kittens, then the expansion of Zombie Kittens.
They provide a gift code in the box. Can you redeem it? No.
All they are interested in is getting your details so they can spam market you. Very frustrating to not see them standing with their promotion, or their customers.

Lives up to my hopes and dreams!

It is literally the best card game in existence, in my opinion of course. I saw it in Walmart, it looked super fun, I didn't even understand it fully yet but I bought it and it definitely lives up to all of my hopes and dreams. It's easy to learn and is a fast moving game. It's funny and adorable. If your considering buying it, YES! Stop reading reviews, just YES.

A company that sells wholesale in an…

A company that sells wholesale in an increasingly digital world which does not allow its partners to use product images is always a bad business to me. They state illegal copies are the issue, but that can be circumnavigated by a fraudster buying one legitimate version and taking a photo of it. You can't have your cake and eat it, if you don't want to share your images, do not sell B2B, go D2C, it's fine to sell to us to boost your own bank statement but then to limit our own selling ability is a disgrace. Customers will see your product images and then think anything else is fake. Only a few companies I deal with do this and they are micromanaging too much. Loosen up!

Great service

Had bought a deck and an expansion with unmatching backs. The expansion-box had an insert telling me to contact them, if that was the case. I did and was supplied with a new and matching copy of my basegame free of charge - great service!

I was g ifted a copy of Wordy for a recent birthday. It is a simple to learn two player word game. The whole game is made of good quality card and well machined so pop out of their sheets really cleanly. I had an issye with one of the marker pens, annoying but not the end of life as we know it. They could not have been more helpful. Great customer service, things go wrong, how you out it right is the mark of a customer focussed organisation. In my book they get top marks

Best games ever.

Really simple and funny to play with everyone. Even played it with my parents in law and made it a funny and enjoyable evening. I literally have every game they made.

Best customer service ever.
They replied very fast and couldn’t have helped me better.

I’m already waiting for new games to buy!!

Filthy Game, All Sexual References, NOT for children!

If you call cards like, "See the future, Crawl Inside a Goat Butt and See Many Wondrous Things," with a picture of someone's head looking out a goat's anus" family friendly, then you might be happy with this game. I am returning, it, because I consider this false advertising.
There is nothing sexually offense here, but a number of vulgar cards, the one cited being the worst. This is not a children’s game! (Yes, I bought the family version, twice to be sure.) They've subjected my 7 year-old and the rest of my young family to pre-porn! I’m thinking about suing the company, seriously. Game has to do with making kittens explode. Seemed funny and harmless. No! Instead every card is practically a sexual innuendo. Family version cards include: Fireworks coming out of a man's underpants…adults know how that would make someone’s “kitten" explode, beavers sitting on top of a man in underpants while eating peanut butter off his belly button…we get the beaver reference too...avoiding "crabs" references, a man in underpants riding a bunny, etc. etc. Could have been such a fun game too…instead children are being subjected to endless filth! I bet pedophiles love this game. Amazon should stop marketing this game to children, but I'm sure they won't.
