Unfair Practices and Lack of Transparency
I had a deeply disappointing experience with EO Brokers. Despite clearly stating my residency in Thailand and providing all required documents, they accepted my deposits without issue. However, after making a profit, they suddenly banned my account without providing a specific reason or citing any term I allegedly breached. They are now refusing to refund my funds, creating numerous obstacles and showing a lack of transparency in their process. I urge others to be cautious and reconsider using their services.
Update/ They have now had the audacity to try to tell Trust Pilot that my review was intended for another company, I even double checked, IT'S THEM ALRIGHT.
I have written numerous emails to them to refund my monies and they are deliberately putting obstacles in the way. They want me to produce a Thai Passport or Thai ID in order to put it back in the Thai Bank it came from. I'm a British citizen residing in Thailand so cannot produce this. I will end up taking them to court because this is outright THEFT! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm happy to share all the correspondence with Trust Pilot should they require.

I think this app is a scam. I had been trying to withdraw my money and submitted 2 different IDs yet they all failed. I submitted an unexpired ID. Is there a way for me to transfer my hard earned cash to different bank?

Support is useless as the app. Don't download this app if you see this review. I lost both my deposit and profit but mostly my deposit despite reaching to it's support full of fraudulent puppets waiting to make excuses on how they won't pay you upon contact. They only take.

Fraud scam and mental harassment
I have a trading account in expert option but Expert option ban my account on 16th march i deposit 20000 rupees twice and on 17 march i deposited 40000 rupees twice and after trading i reached to 8.80Lakh amount ..my account was fully varified and the type of account was Platinum account i have successfully deposited and withdraw money many times last on 15 march 2024 i successfully withdraw money into my bank account but on 21st march when i tried to withdraw some money from my around 8.8lakh rupees balance they banned my account saying i have violated their terms and conditions..when i asked them they did not answer properly and did not give any proper reason

After I made a profit on the account, the account disappeared entirely without trace. They took my deposits and said I violated their terms (after I confirmed with a customer service rep that I could use the platform)

A sense of peace of mind ..to a novice
As i find myself living overseas in countries that restrict visitors from working in the mainstream, its would be a shame as a sun worshiper to be force back to my own cold country as I run out of saving. This is were online trading platforms come in and not only help me pay me bills but give myself a good lifestyle as I have to support my family. There are many platforms but having tried many I have enjoyed Expert options as it not only simple and easy to use but has many pay outs so I can access my money and work anywhere .. I find myself using this network many times as they have a great customer service to ease my concerns. Well! Patiently read this to the end if you want to know the truth about expert options and take the right decision whether to trade on their platform or not.
First of all, EO (expert options) is a legitimate and professionally polished scam company. One of many such companies in UAE who scam professionally with license.
Why is EO a scam?
#1. They are scam because they make deposits very easy and withdrawals very stressful and sometimes even impossible which gives them the advantage to take your money and claim that they are following their internal company policy to safeguard your money and fight money laundering.
#2. They ask for front and back copy of your card before verification and ask you to cover some of the digits but in my experience, they kept rejecting the card until I was finally fed up and uncovered the whole information on the card; YES including the CVV. I know the risk I was taking but I wasn't willing to leave my hard earned money with them.
After I uncovered the whole card info, they verified the account buy then the money, which was over a thousand dollars were gone and my withdrawal request rejected, claiming that the amount is insufficient.
#3. They are not honest and can use your card for online purchases if you send the whole card number including the CVV.
In my case, after the account verification went successfully, I started receiving alerts about 3 days time that the card had been used to purchase tiktok coins and it went on for long whenever I forgot to close the card on the banking app until I finally reported and changed my card..
#4. Their system/platform is manipulated and you hardly win if you are using real account but with demo account, winning is easy so why deceive people to use the demo account for practice when you know the results are useless and doesn't portray your skills in real account?
#5. After you manage to make profits, they will delay your withdrawal requests until you go back to trade with the balance and will only get feedback after you waste the money in your account.
#6. They use bots to deceive human traders that there's a lot of people trading live on their platform with huge deals. I could go on and on but I need to end this review but as the majority of people wrote - "All their positive reviews are fake"!
