Had great service, needed an EICR for my house quickly, engineer turned up following week to complete the checks. He was polite, knowledgeable and did a thorough job. He explained his results before leaving.
The EICR certificate was delayed due to emailing problems or they would have got 5 stars. would recommend them and will use them again

AMAZING service.
We needed an urgent EICR due to a house sale. I emailed on Friday Gavin was round first thing Monday morning! Very professional and friendly manner from all staff to the face to face meet with the electrician Gavin. Cheapest price offer which was told it would be fixed price and it was ! I knew it could take up to 3 days for the certificate to come through however I did ask if it could be sent as urgent and it was sent the exact same day the electrics were checked. AMAZING once again thank you and I'll be using this service again!!

I absolutely would not recommend. I put my faith in them and got a survey done before buying a property. I’m now facing a £4.5k full rewire which the survey did not pick up. Even if it was just a visual survey, there were clearly issues which should have been highlighted.
To add to the reply below, still no refund. This seems to be in the condition I amend my review.

I got in touch with EES for an EICR report for my buy to let flat. They arranged everything themselves and completed the report very quickly. Always available when I needed to speak to a representative. All in all, very nice and responsive, quick, and professional service. Would recommend !

The company came up on an internet search I was looking for an electrical contractor to carry out a three-year electrical check on my residential park home lodge.

When I made contact I was pleasantly surprised how quick and easy it was dealing with this company.

The engineer Gavin arrived two days after my first contact with the company he was very professional and easy to talk to.

The electrical report came through as promised within two days and was comprehensive.

Absolutely brilliant service.
I'd been meaning to get this done for the last 5 years but couldn't find anyone to do it as the property was in the middle of the Yorkshire Dales and travelling for most electricians qualified to do this doubled the cost at least.
Somehow stumbled across EES Ltd and they were so helpful, from the office contact to the electrical tester, everyone was just brilliant and did just what was promised, keeping me informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

it was very easy to place an order and the price was very competitive i bought a bathroom extract fan as a like for like replacement and installing it was easy i had regular emails from the company and offers for any help this was very reassuring i would recommend this company and will probably use them again.

I was able to get an EICR booked in quickly and easily. They also offered the lowest price out of all the quotes I received.

The communication and service provided was great at every step of the process. The engineer attended promptly and carried out his checks without issue and I received my report after making payment.
