If y'all would quit trying to sell crap and act like the credit monitoring agency that you're supposed to that would be great. The stuff you do is solid. You just have to go through 18 screens of not buying crap to get there. The whole credit situation in the United States is ridiculous as it is, we don't need you to make it any worse.

Frausters are trying to get into my account but can't because it's frozen. I like that.

Experian has been very helpful in recognizing incidences of security issues on both my husband & myself which has prevented further issue down the road. Utilizing the freeze and lock options has definitely made us feel that we have more control over who has access.

I tried fit two days to talk to a live agent for help. It was IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone. The VA assimption dept was having issues and it was impotent to talk to someone. I got sooo frustrated!
Trans Union and Equifax agents were available right away. I don't know why Experian has to be so bad!

I am appalled. I heard this was happening but now that it has happened to me, I am disgusted to find out it is true. I turned to Experian because someone caused me to be a part of their company getting hacked...a healthcare company if I recall correctly, so I put a freeze on my credit by my choosing, which I can unlock whenever I choose to. The process was easy to use. Was haopy. Next, I find out that Experian has been selling my information for car loan companies, or crefit cards, or personal loans, or house loans, I can't recall... Lots of junk emails coming my way from Experian....whatever....it's a betrayal of trust as far as I'm concerned. It was very easy to opt out of marketing.I think through the website is where I did it. You better not use my name for the review.
I don’t worry knowing I have a freeze on my credit report. I just have to remember to lift it when I need to add another credit card or loan to my accounts.
