AVOID, BEWARE, STAY AWAY!!!!

It’s really sad the amount of money they will take from you and provide absolutely no service that they promise, I’ll give further explanations below. But I paid for 3 services and only 1 was actually completed with the company. Lots and lots of money was thrown in the trash with this place. Also this isn’t just my experience alone, there’s others who have been taken advantage of by this place.

The information they give you is directly from the consulates website, they only copy and paste it. You don’t need them to complete any of this, they are only taking your money and doing nothing in return!!! If you really want help my advice is to hire a ln attorney or law firm who specializes in this. I used a law firm “way cheaper” in Germany for a 1 year visa extension and they actually do the work you paid them to do. This is the way it’s supposed to be!!!!

1st I used them to get a codice fiscale, this was a pretty straight forward process and easy. However I should have seen the writing on the wall, all they did was send me a link with a google docs folder that I needed to upload all the documents that I fill out, retrieve, organize, every literal aspect of the paperwork is done solely by you the person who paid them, they only gave a empty folder. Once you have all the paperwork the response is for you to print everything, place it in an envelope and mail to the consulate.

2nd I paid them to find a rental property in Italy, I was sent a list of 20 properties that were all on the same website that I spoke on the phone to them about, they only filtered the results and that was the entirety of their side. We discussed plans to visit the area with dates, times, and locations. Once I arrived in Italy all the appointments were cancelled or were never scheduled in the first place. The only rentals I was able to see were ones I found on my own. This was really a huge waste of money, I don’t even understand what they charged me for because they didn’t do anything at all.

3rd thing is the visa, I honestly don’t want to go into all the details on this because it’s a long story. Same as the codice fiscale, you pay lots of money to get a google doc folder that you upload all your documents into, then they tell you print them out and take them to the consulate for your appointment. They did promise to rewrite my letter of intent into proper Italian, but the letter was just put into google translate then back uploaded. The translation wasn’t even done properly, I sent it to my Italian teacher and she laughed at how bad it was. Because of the terrible information I was given, the appointment was scheduled at the wrong consulate so we can add some more wasted money because I had to travel to the consulate only be turned away within the first 5 minutes.
