Fairly easy to file
Fairly easy to file. But there are a few hickups on the way. First, the handling of foreign addresses sucks (I had to manually enter them when the software was unable to find the address typed). And it was difficult to maintain overview during entry; I would have liked to see the actual return as I proceeded through the entry. Instead I had to wait seeing it till after full payment - and then go back an adjust as needed

Slick interface with quick and helpful chat function
Slick interface with clear explainers when needed, simplifying the US's ludicrous and Soviet-style tax code. I used the chat service twice and both times got an immediate and helpful reply that enabled me to progress — even on a weekend and after hours. To help the platform become even better, I'd suggest... (1) Provide a clear template or even spreadsheet for assembling the required data beforehand; (2) Improve the address entry format (bc there are not enough boxes and an unhelpful address predictor); and, (3) More options to copy details between entries (e.g. bank and home addresses, since these are often shared between sposes).
