They were great to work with except after the original offer... the offers kept getting lowered. Not totally their fault. The staff was super helpful. It was a very easy paperwork process.

As outlined in the agreement, remittances are drawn on Fridays. Depending on processing times, they may not appear in the account until the following business day. To address your concern, we are willing to modify the day on which your remittances are drawn. Please contact our Merchant Support Manager, who will be happy to assist you.
Victim of administrative neglect and greed
I am a single, divorced mother and this company put a lien on my AirBNB business due to a faulted loan from my ex who has not been associated with it or paid from it in over a year. Mistakes happen, I was grateful for the communication and acknowledgement at first. I sent all evidence, and they said it would be sent to their legal. Sara Schauer, the Support Manager, has since dropped off of communication via phone and email and has been ignoring me for weeks. Rather than continue to let this loan get paid off and them benefit, I have been forced to close my business and am at risk of losing my home due to their lack of communication and a lein inaccurately placed on me for a loan I did not ever know about nor was associated with. Staff, service, and stealing - all reasons I would not recommend.
