account reinstatement

They sounded very confident to reinstate our account they took over a month to look over the account and they turn round they can’t do any thinking to help us. They was unwilling speak to us regarding the account and was ignoring emails.

The people at EXPANDO are marketplace…

The people at EXPANDO are marketplace masters and our partnership has been nothing short of incredible. Their expert guidance has allowed our company to experience remarkable growth including expanding to Kaufland marketplace and their tools have gained us thousands in additional revenue. EXPANDO’s autopricer which automatically dynamically adjusts our pricing across hundreds of products has generated over 18k in revenue across 755 items. With our expansion to Kaufland, we were able to tap into a new customer base and projections already show us performing 120% better than last year. Through their professional, friendly and innovative help, EXPANDO has elevated our company to new heights.

It is no secret that Amazon is one of…

It is no secret that Amazon is one of the most competitive marketplaces there is and as such it requires constant monitoring and effort. With EXPANDO, I can expect immediate feedback and results as well as effective solutions that ease any concerns. Our key account manager is both efficient and friendly, making every interaction smooth and pleasant. With their help managing the logistics, I have been able to dedicate time to scaling my business and have seen higher revenue than ever before!

How EXPANDO Helped Us Succeed on Amazon

Selling toys on Amazon is highly dependent on season and price, requiring constant market monitoring to optimize pricing and promotions, making it incredibly demanding, which is why we joined EXPANDO for help. Our account manager Jakub instantly had a brilliant solution for us with EXPANDO’s autopricer, which uses algorithms to constantly monitor the market for the best price to win the buybox across multiple products. This feature demonstrated just how helpful it truly can be when during Christmas, our peak season, we saw a 450% increase in sales. The professionalism and expert knowledge of their team has enabled us to expand our efforts into four markets, implement bestseller strategies, and optimize our logistics operations.

Cakes on Amazon? No problem with Expando!

We have been collaborating with EXPANDO for over a year. We approached them when we decided to expand our brand from offline to the online world. Thanks to the partnership with EXPANDO, we have been able to gradually grow our presence on marketplaces, specifically on Amazon. The communication has been seamless, and we are pleased to see the project moving forward.

3 great things about Expando

I would like to point out three great things about Expando and its product. First, they integrate various marketplaces into one simple online solution. If you want to sell your products on marketplaces such as ebay.de, cdiscount.com, kaufland.de or amazon.whatever, you can handle product listing and orders shipping for all marketplaces in one application. Second, Expando provides B2C customer service for each marketplace. That means you do not have to employ Swedish speakers for selling on amazon.se, Italian speakers for selling on amazon.it etc. No language barriers. Just set boarders and Expando customer service will work independently and responsibly. Third, cooperation with Expando is great. We have been working together for four years, they are always at our disposal and ready to help. People from Expando come up with new ideas how to improve sales and business in general. I would recommend Expando to everyone who wants expand their online sales abroad quickly, easily and with minimum costs.

We definitely recommend EXPANDO for…

We definitely recommend EXPANDO for their quick communication, problem-solving skills, and expertise. Having their services means that we don’t have to worry about integrations, data synchronization, product listing and mathcing, etc., and can instead focus on our customers and their orders. Their commitment to do things simply and efficiently is a great touch to otherwise complex situations.
