Very pretty shoes
Gorgeous shoes and very well made. I’m a size 2.5 so I ordered a size 2, but with them being ‘very’ true to size they were slightly too small. I’ve exchanged for a size 3, which should be perfect. The process of exchanging was simple with fantastic customer service. Will definitely be ordering again.

The shoes turned up perfect
The shoes turned up perfect, the size is accurate, they are strong and well made, not just a couple of wears, my last ones lasted 4 years worn virtually every weekend until I fell off stage and broke them.
I had to email and ask when they would arrive as I didn't hear anything for a while, an ETA on order completion would be reassuring, they emailed promptly with answers.

Excellent customer service! I emailed regarding shoe sizing for my daughter as the boots were a gift for Christmas and the staff were very friendly and helpful, they also agreed a return after Christmas should they not fit.
