Great support experience via chat and e-mail + low fees.
The first swap failed due to the lack of liquidity of a certain coin, but the helpful support team member handled things well and honestly. Got refunded. Then the second type of swap (big money) went through nicely, just had to wait a bit longer than usual due to heavy load. Coins received. The treating has been always (multiple times) great and the service itself trustworthy. Recommended. V

Received 32% less than what the site said I should have received. Shorted ~$200. Their liquidity provider has the least liquidity of all available options.

I sent their exchange address $100K+ ETH and they took it and not respond my contact requests. I try to contact over from their contact form and live chat but they're not respond. it's nearly 50 hours ago. I'm watching their exchange address. they move it to somewhere else. I think it's cold wallet. they are scam people with fake reviews. do not trust them.

THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NOT REFUND IT!
I deposited 59.34 ETH here about 2 days ago. My transaction for ETH to XMR was stopped due to transaction overdue. Then I contacted live support and they said that all my ETHs were frozen due to suspicious transaction. So they took my ETH for themselves. When I checked, I saw that they had transferred it to a different place. Don't use these people, they are scammers.

BEWARE!! THEY CAN TOOK YOUR MONEY
I sent 60 ETH and their site gave a Transaction overdue error. When I contacted live support later, they said that they stopped my transaction due to suspicious transaction. They confiscated my 60 ETH without any other explanation. When I checked, I saw that they transferred my ETH to their own wallet. Don't make any transactions, they take your money for themselves.

Trying to exchange xmr to usdt... no liquidity they said and need to wait. Scammers, if you don't have liquidity why did you offer your service. Stay away from this exchange. I didn't chose them, they were chosen by cake wallet automatically. They should be banned from offering services.
