I started the swap when the exchange rate shows the price of 1 XMR=311 USDT.
At the end I received the rate of 1 XMR=300 USDT.
At the time the market price is 1 XMR=310 USDT.
Also, the customer service is not helping at all.
I advise to not use their service at all.

scammers, beware of this exchange!
horrible. they scammed me out of tokens. i swapped shx for usdc. they took my shx and never gave me my usdc. the transaction failed, but yet they still took my shx tools, 😡😡😡😡

The mobile app makes swapping on the go easy – I swapped on the bus and it worked fine. Interface is simple, rates are competitive and processing took under half an hour. Could use some polish but overall great convenience.

I had to exchange a big chunk of crypto and exolix handled it easily – there are no max limits and you keep custody of your coins. They lock the rate at the start so there are no surprises. Been around since 2018, i trust them.
