I lost my $500 of my funds with this exchange. Trustpilot keeps deleting my Review don't know why must be also a Ukrainian scam company. The support doesnt help one bit. It's just generic answers. Sadly the world has become a shithole full of scammers.

The displayed exchange rate is misleading and fluctuates significantly, differing greatly from the actual exchange amount. However, the currency value itself hasn't fluctuated much, differing from the displayed amount by nearly 100 USDT.
The displayed USDT to XCH exchange rate is significantly lower than the actual amount received, fluctuating by 5-6%. For example, a USDT of 1000 would require a payment of 60 USDT. The displayed external exchange rate is designed to entice users to choose higher exchange amounts.

I sent them a total of 1.056 BTC (!!) for exchange.
They demanded KYC - I provided everything - Passport, Selfie, Bank statements, even my trader's info (which is crazy demand) - however each time they want something more for no reason!!!
Now they have both my sensitive info and my money.
I had to pay a lawyer, who sent them a notice before action - no response.
There is no contact phone, or anything.
I cannot believe this outrageous behavior.
DO NOT GET NEAR THEM

Honestly, I am blown away by how fast and perfect this service has been. It's consistently fast, the fastest available.
I used to use trocador for this service often but noticed recently it isn't available there anymore. So I opted to try the exolix website directly. Wow... The website is so user friendly and is almost instantaneous.
I appreciate others may have had issues but for me it's never been a headache.
Take the bad reviews with a pinch of salt and don't transfer anything that's too valuable that you panic if it's gonna be held up for a little bit of time. That's my advice. Happy trading guys, cheers Exolix. Keep up the perfect service.
