Kein Kundenservice, mangelhafte Ware

Mangelhafte Ware erhalten, hat sich nicht an die vereinbarte Gestaltung gehalten. Leider ganz schlechter Kundenservice und somit nicht zu empfehlen. Mir ist unverständlich, wie ein Unternehmen solch mangelhafte Ware an Kunden verschicken kann und sich dann rausredet, ohne Bedauern.
Die Bestellung sollte über Etsy abgeschlossen werden, der Shop-Inhaber hat es geschickt auf eine Kommunikation per Mail gelenkt. Somit wurde der Kauf über E-Mail abgeschlossen. Deshalb Achtung!
Etsy hätte solch eine mangelhafte Ware und Kundenservice nicht geduldet.
Meiner Meinung ist der Shop auf schnelle Gewinne aus und weniger auf Kundenservice, Kundenbindung oder Weiterempfehlung. Langfristiges Bestehen und ein Unternehmenserfolg ist so kaum möglich.
