DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE
Bought a $1,000 sofa was supposed to be delivered by the 18th, and I have not received the sofa as of today. NOR have I received a refund. I opened a ticket and when I check the status for the past 13 days all I am told his "its being worked, its being reviewed, we have to allow time for the team to do their job". DO NOT TRUST EXITO!!! In Colombia Oh What a Pity is their bylaw. They do not accept responsibility for their actions and they do not value good service. The company shocks me at still being in business. I want the SOFA but I will not wait anymore. If not delivered by Friday I will open a dispute with my bank in the United States, and they won't say Oh what a pity, they will give me my money back. To Hell With Exito.
