Very disappointed with watch. Hit and miss if it records sleep as for tracking steps definitely doesn't count all of them seems to stall for thousands of kilometres

Got my watch last Christmas best thing for your steps heart rate etc battey last long changes within a hour only thing is the watch staps are never In stock

Still haven't received watch ordered a month ago !!!

Very good company to deal with in my experience. Got a quick response when I had a query about the fit of the jumpers. I have gone back for more fleeces twice already for gifts as my own ones were great quality. The robes are extremely warm and cosy also 👌

This is an excellent Irish business! I have their smartwatch & pods for just over 2 years now and they are brilliant. I couldn't believe the quality for the price as they are significantly cheaper than the bigger brands but I can't fault them. I found their customer service to excellent and very responsive when I had questions.
I would highly recommend.

Only received my watch last Thursday charged it to 100% within 24 hours it was dead charged it again till 100% and same thing happened. Have sent them a message but no reply

Found the company very easy to deal with. Made a sizing mistake on my order and it was dealt with promptly. The fleeces were excellent quality and colours available for male/female.

Ordered the pods for my daughter and she never takes them off. Very cheap in comparison to apple etc. Could not ask for more from a small Irish company. Fair play to them

Bought headphones initially that were great quality with long last battery. Then I bought a men's jumper ,it is very comfortable. They have good sales and offers.

Really like my watch, definitely worth the price and they are so reasonable in comparison to others. It’s very accurate and overall would recommend.

Headphones are very good, great sound. Watch is good aswel. Pity the customer service isn't great and you really need to plague him as the 1st set of headphones never arrived. Really the items should have tracking numbers. Great products though will order again. Star lost for customer service

Very bad customer service, no response from Instagram messages and ive sent loads of emails. I ordered a watch, a strap and a jumper. I received the watch, the wrong strap and never got the jumper. I was told they are delivered separately. A month later and still no jumper or reply to my emails.

Ordered a watch off them still has not arrived emailed them and they told it was shipped and still I have emailed looking for a tracking number and got no answer absolutely awful service, will not be ordering from here again

My wife purchased a watch and it still hasn't arrived they said it was posted last week can't answer emails now because I have asked for a proof of postage nobody responding

Do not buy from here , bought a watch that I took care of and it broke after 7 months for no reason . Warranty is only 30 days that’s it . It’s cheap for a reason ,when I contacted them, there was no reply from their email address after 2 weeks. When I messaged them on Instagram they told me read their website about their 30 day warranty . Bad customer service too . Better off buying an expensive watch and having a warranty with it. Watches are meant to last years not months
