I ordered a wedding ring in size 11. They sent a 13. I submitted a return request and a refund request and I’ve sent emails and I’ve tried to call the number on their website which goes nowhere and I have not been responded to. Very dishonest and unprofessional business ethics and I would really caution anybody to do business with these guys.
If zero stars were an option, I would choose that!

I ordered on August 19th we are now on September 11 and still no communication on where the ring is. If it’s being shipped out when is being shipped out we are coming up on a month that’s ridiculous.
