Misleading product description and SHIPPING FEES.
I ordered two “dummy” fireworks and was charged €44 for SHIPPING as “DANGEROUS GOODS.” The delivery arrived LATE, emails were IGNORED, and the products turned out to be COMPLETELY EMPTY shells with FAKE fuses, with NO explosive material inside.
Based on this, charging DANGEROUS-GOODS SHIPPING is difficult to understand.
VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

Our products are CLEARLY described as fake fireworks, with no chemicals or powders inside them. Used to decorate and collect them without destroying them. We do NOT offer any shipping methods that supply dangerous goods; our products are safe to export. If you paid this amount of money, you probably chose priority shipping. If you want a refund for this purchase, please fill in our return form and return the products to our warehouse so we can give you a refund for the returned items. The product received matches the description on the website: it is a fully inert, empty item,
clean, and visually consistent with the photos.
However, the product does not meet my expectations in terms of use, as it is completely inactive. I would therefore like to know if a return and refund are possible.
The website is transparent and reliable, but the product is simply not suitable for my needs.
I thought they were saying it was fake to avoid legal issues.

They are replicas of the fireworks without the powders. If you want to return the products, please visit our webshop for more information.
as a business...I would also suggest bags of fake croquettes...instead of paper balls...if I were you I would think about it...:-)

It is a pity that your purchase did not go as expected and that you are therefore placing a 1-star review here. As is clearly stated on the product pages and various information pages, Exclusive Pyro does not sell fireworks, but dummies. As is written in all descriptions, these items are fake, without the magic powders. Collectible items that are handmade for decoration or to collect without breaking the law.
