I was really frustrated cuz I was having trouble trying to cancel my tickets for my trip online and thru the app. so i called custo.er service and got Aaron who was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Lawson Johnson assisted me with a check in process when my booking site was prohibiting the check in. He was incredibly kind and patient, and assisted with my check in as well as delivery of my boarding pass. My only wish is that email messages were able to be verified somehow. Since assistance was provided by a third party, I was very concerned about travelandesk.com being a scam email. Lawson was fantastic, and I appreciate his thorough help and kind demeanor.
