I want to share my experience with Exclusive Markets so other traders can be aware of potential risks.
I traded XAUUSD and made a profit of approximately $6,149 USD. The trades were executed normally and closed without any issue. However, 3–4 weeks later, the broker suddenly classified my activity as “abusive trading.”
Following this, they:
Removed all trading profits
Deducted $5,277.42 USD, not only from my trading account but also from my wallet balance
This action was taken long after the trades were completed, with no prior warning, no restrictions, and no indication at the time that my strategy violated any rules.
The trades involved holding positions over the weekend — a common and widely practiced trading approach. At no point were these trades blocked or flagged by the platform.
When I requested:
Specific clause violations
A detailed trade-by-trade explanation
I received only broad references to vague terms like “abusive trading” and “unfair advantage,” which appear to be applied at the broker’s sole discretion.
The most concerning part is:
The retroactive action taken weeks later
The deduction of actual funds from my wallet, not just profits
I made multiple attempts to resolve this professionally, but the broker ultimately declared the decision final without offering any fair resolution.
I am sharing this experience so other traders understand the risks of post-trade adjustments and discretionary enforcement of unclear policies.
I remain open to resolving this matter, but until then, I advise traders to proceed with caution.

I have been trading with Exclusive Markets since 2023, and this review is based on real long-term experience. According to my account records, I deposited $33,971.76 and withdrew $13,899.17. I trusted this broker for years, and that is exactly why this experience was so disappointing.
My XAUUSD 1.00 lot position was force liquidated, and I lost $1,046.00 on that trade. After the position was closed, I still had around $128 remaining in my account. From my point of view, this was extremely unfair and should not have been handled this way.
What made the situation worse was the way support and the complaint process were handled. In the beginning, I was not given one clear explanation. Later, the explanation changed, and only after repeated follow-ups was I told that the actual required margin was much higher because of dynamic leverage. My account was promoted with leverage up to 1:4000, so naturally I expected much more clarity than this from the start.
As a long-time customer, I feel seriously let down. I trusted this broker with a significant amount of money, but when a serious issue happened, I did not receive the clear, transparent, and consistent support that I expected. Instead, I was left waiting, chasing updates, and trying to understand changing explanations after the loss had already happened.
I have screenshots, account records, and written email replies regarding this case. Based on my personal experience, the leverage and margin rules were not explained clearly enough, especially for metals like XAUUSD, and the way this matter was handled has completely damaged my trust.
After this experience, I cannot recommend this broker. If a broker can leave a long-term client feeling this misled, frustrated, and unsupported, then new clients should think very carefully before trusting them with their money.

I don't I'm the only faced it or peoples are facing on this broker. I deposit 424$ and made a profit submit a withdrawal of 1260$ they reject my withdrawal and remove my profits and refund only 212$. Because i submitted half of my amount into my additional trading account. So they remove all my profits and refund half amount of my initial deposit.
To Exclusive Markets
I know you've lame rules and regulations term and conditions don't show us your rules. If you're really a good broker just refund my initial deposit of 424$ not only 212$.

I was in big trouble and had all the positions hedged as the equity was too low to hold on still they didn't stop out the positions .. as the amount was about to be transferred till then the positions were on hold ..
