I ordered a lazy Susan jigsaw table before Christmas. The original vanished in transit, the replacement (from China not the USA) finally arrived but was not what I ordered.
Unsure under what name they took the money so that I can raise a dispute - any ideas?

I ordert 2 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TMNT Raph's Famous Original Sai Pizza Cutter Wheel Tool for 60 USD and get 2 cheap pizzacutter for maybe 10USD. Now they wanne give me a refund of 5usd.

Like many others payed $90 nzd for what was supposed to be a Vessel electric ratchet. The FB advert showed this. The invoice even stated "cordless slim ratchet". Received the product and it was a cheap Chinese non electric ratchet set Probably worth $20nzd. Stay away.

I ordered a squishy plush advent calendar from them, I got no tracking and the delivery had said 3-5 days, aprox 3 weeks later I received a box of plastic squishy advent. This did not come on the day they said my item was delivered and it is definitely NOT what I ordered. What I ordered I could of got for less then £10, They charged me £38.36. After many messages they told me they couldn't help, no refund.

Ordered an electric rechargeable ratchet set but received a standard socket set nothing like what I ordered . Also got charged postage when it should have been free

Like many others on here. I was ripped off. Ordered 46 piece Impact driver socket set with other attachments included.
Received a small package today and all it was, was the other attachments.
Have emailed them,but no reply yet.
Also looked for the advertisement video on Facebook. I found it from someone posting it. But when I tried to open it, came up 404 can't be found or something like that.
Talk about pissed off.

Stay away from this company!!!!
I ordered a magnetic socket set , order didn't arrive despite them saying from a dodgy tracking site it did .
Complained at first they said it was delivered by a courier, then changed their minds and said it was delivered by the post office, gave me the wrong tracking details twice . Like I say stay away from this company lost £50

Received Damaged, Incorrect Product – No Real Refund Offered

I ordered a custom-fit product for my Volkswagen Beetle 1999 and received something entirely incorrect and completely damaged — all rolls were smashed and unusable.

Despite providing clear evidence, the company repeatedly offered only token compensation ($10, then $13) for a product I paid $54.87 for and cannot use at all. They’ve refused to issue a full refund, even though this clearly qualifies as DOA (Dead on Arrival) under standard consumer protection rules.

I gave them multiple chances to resolve the issue professionally — they chose not to. I’ve now initiated a dispute with my credit card provider and will never buy from them again.

Avoid this seller. Poor product quality, even worse customer service.

Extremely Disappointed – Wrong Product and Completely Damaged

I ordered a custom-cut product for my Volkswagen Beetle (1999), but what I received was completely wrong and unusable. The pieces were far too small for my car and clearly not made to fit as promised.

To make matters worse, the entire order arrived severely damaged. The packaging was completely inadequate, and all the rows were smashed during transport.

This has been a very frustrating experience. I’ve contacted the seller and requested an immediate refund, but such poor service and quality should never happen in the first place.

It cost me USD 51 and I hope I get my money back .

Would not recommend based on my experience.

They look like this is a US store, you pay in USD, but the goods are shipped from China, it took 1 month to get my order delivered to Norway.

They write on their online store that:
- "High standards and easy returns.
- Shop worry-free with us!
- Quality You Can Trust.

This is not true!
I ordered "car tints for all cars" (to get my car windows a little darker) I paid $29.32

I received the item 1 month after ordering, item was of very poor quality, the item was only wrapped in thin plastic (without any padding) and the item had been damages in transit and was therefore unusable.

I contacted customer support and explained the situation, I also sent several pictures to confirm the quality and damage,
this is the response I received:
" I apologize for your dissatisfaction.
I sincerely want to solve the problem for you, not perfunctory.
I cherish you as a valued customer and wish to give you the best possible solution.
We can provide you with compensation  USD 2 . you will need to return the goods to our Chinese warehouse. But shipping costs will be high.
Hope this is acceptable.
If you have a better suggestion to solve the problem"

So they offer me a refund of 2 USD for an item I paid $29.32, and which is unusable due to poor packaging and damage in shipping? (and I have to pay for shipping for return the damages goods?) After I had sent 6 emails to customer support explaining that this was not acceptable, they increased the refund to 4 USD also to 6 USD (more than this they would not refund) So the result was a refund of 6 USD, which I did not accepted (I told them I would rather take the loss of the money, and would also write a review of their online store and how they treat their customers)

Same as others I ordered a $50 mini powered rachet. After waiting 2 months a get a package from a Atlanta GA address. And all it had was a manual $3 tool kit.

Yep I got scammed.

Anyways I emailed them and they are repeating the same thing over and over again saying that sorry you haven't received your item blah blah blah.

But in my emails I said they sent me thr wrong tools and I already have the package. Even sent pictures as proof. But they are just playing dumb.

Do not buy from this place its all a scam.

Anyways I went onto Ebay just now and purchased a authentic Vessel mini powered rachet kit from Japan.

And the good thing about ebay is it has 100% money back guarantee..

So i know im protected.

I order cordless ratchet and came the wrong one.

I ask for refund but they only sending me compensation.

They wont accept return shipment at their own expense ( too expensive for the return)

Ordered the same slim wireless ratchet and a crappy regular socket was sent. Calling AMEX now. SCAM site.

I placed an order for the electric ratchet. I felt something was wrong and requested through email to cancel the order well within the said time written on the website. I receive a response after a day and a half stating it is too late for them to cancel my order and to trust their "product". I received the order today and what a load of crap they've sent. They have sent me a toolkit similar to the ones sold on Temu. Stop scamming people. Never ever buy from this site.

After numerous emails they insist the product they sent is what I ordered when it obviously isn’t and they try and offer you a $7 refund only. if they had sent the correct products why are they even offering a part refund at all? When you refuse the refund they then tell you to return the item to a different address in China. once again, do not buy from this company!!!

Definitely a scam, should have done my due diligence in research. Ordered a "Cordless Slim Ratchet Set
Main unit + socket bit set " and received a cheap 1/4" drive socket set.
Do not buy from this vendor!

Absolute sham. Look professional until it's time to get your goods. The tracking information given is for a fake tracking/courier service. My items were stalled in the US apparently due to tariffs. Total excuse, as this was the case for many others... Good get stalled somewhere and never arrive.
