I would recommend this lighting shop as the staff are helpful and will expertly advise you on products and any queries you might have. Cheryl particularly went out of her way to resolve a problem and it was very much appreciated. I would not go anywhere else for my lighting needs in the future.

Great customer service, volenteered to contacted the manufacturer of the light we were interested in to get some close up photos of the different shade options to help us in our decision.

Amazing company and fantastic service. But do not confuse this company/website with a completely different company exclusivelightingltd. I was searching forever for a kitchen island light that operated by light gesture. The nearest I found was over £2000!Got just about the same one here for £146! Over the moon. I so wished I found this company earlier - I've recently spent five grand lighting the house I'm renovating. Aaagh!

I had occasion to email the company with delivery questions a couple of times and was surprised & delighted at the very quick response - even on the weekend ! My questions were answered each time giving me all the information I needed . Very impressive !

This is such a lovely family run local shop. I dealt with Cheryl who was great and she went out of her way to help and advise me about the lights that I ordered. I would recommend taking a look around their shop as they have a good selection of lights to choose from and will go out of their way to order what you are looking for if they don't stock it in the shop. I'm so happy that I ordered my lights from them as the whole process was straight forward and I will definitely use them in the future for all my lighting needs.

I visited Exclusive Lighting for the first time today and I was very impressed with the customer service I received.
The lovely lady who served my husband and myself was so friendly and helpful and offered such good advice.
I took a lamp base in which needed rewiring and I couldn’t find a suitable lamp shade for it anywhere but I have now purchased a beautiful shade and my lamp is being refurbished.
I’m very happy !

I am extremely happy with the pendant light I purchased from Exclusive Lighting. It is stunning, and was competitively priced. The customer service was exceptional. The staff member who served us was very patient, friendly and informative. The owner, (Cheryl), spent a lot of time checking that our dimmer would support the pendant and that the pendant would fit inside the ceiling rose. I will definitely be purchasing from this shop again. Thank you Cheryl.

These rechargeable lamps are easy to use nice and modern styles and a good option for outdoors and indoors give you a nice ambiance for dining

Ordered my table lamp in chrome but it got shipped direct from Exclusive Lighting's supplier and it arrived in antique brass. Apparently they were out of stock of the chrome ones!!
Exclusive Lighting couldn't apologise enough and informed me that the range had been discontinued. EL went out of their way and found another lamp almost identical. Went over and above what you would have expected......well done EL, very satisfied with my replacement.

Recently purchased two lights for our new home and we are so pleased with them. They are such good quality and we have had loads of complements. Will definitely be back to get some more as we decorate each room as the lights here really complete the room.

Excellent customer service. I needed help lighting my new kitchen and Cheryl and her team gave me ideas and inspiration. They could not have been more helpful doing all the calculations for LED strip lighting and helping me make informed decisions. If you can't find the light you want here then it probably doesn't exist! I would highly recommend a visit here if you're looking for quality and service.
