After surviving the Manchester arena attack back in 2017 when I was 13 years old I have been living with the aftermath of the attack and massively struggling with it. After I was knocked off my bicycle at a T junction, I was put through to Christian at Exclusive Law, by the driver's insurance company.

Following a bicycle accident (a "close pass" that was way too close!) I was passed on to Exclusive Law by the insurance of the other party.

I was dealt with in a clear, professional manner throughout. All fees were clearly outlined both over the telephone and in writing prior to signing.

I made a claim for personal injury and damages to my bicycle were also recovered. From start to finish all in under 8 weeks despite it being Christmas/New Year.

This was my first home, so my first time selling. Ahsan was great, very good communication throughout the process- He replied to all my emails very promptly- usually immediately. And always kept me cc'd into all emails, sent me copies of all documents, etc.
When I had questions and emailed through he didn't hesitate to telephone me and talk me through legal terms that I was unsure about. It is great to know that some people are not scared to use the telephone! Sometimes hearing it really is more reassuring that just having it written down, and definitely having someone explain things to you is easier verbally when you can ask further questions.
Costs were all up front and clear.
It was a long process but not because of the solicitors, this was a terrible time (current economic climate oct 2022- oct 2023) to try and sell a property and I was worried I'd never get it sold- but the professionalism of Exclusive Law was never something I had to worry about!
