Y key covers arrived after 3 weeks. Very tight fit. Couldn't get back cover on. Does work but broke my nails trying
Lesson learnt

This is definitely a scammers company I ordered 4 items and only received one I ordered 3 case for my car key fobs and one strap ..they sent the stripe only when I ask where the rest of my order was they said that it had been delivered..but it was only one item ,they getting away with doing this because it looks like the order had been delivered but only one item had been they are scammers and don’t reply to email don’t buy nothing from this company they have taken there web site of the Facebook site because they have been found out scammers

Ordered the product and paid for it over 3 months ago. Still have not recieived any item. The tracker says item delievered. Have sent them many emails and no response. This is scam!!! This company should be banned from advertising their products, investigated and prosecuted.

Very disappointed! From the quality of items to its delivery. I felt ripped off! Cheap material. No authenticity in the product. Package arrived in cheap material plastic and not as shown on the website. 1 item was even missing- the key chain. Spent over $57 NZD for less than $5 worth of items! Scam and fraud vibes!

After reaching out to their customer service chat, all I received from them was "Hi, Alex here from Exclusive keys. Dear customer, We are sorry for inconvenience. Please send an email to us. We will try to help you as soon as possible. Thanks." Even after sending an email with my grievances, still nothing from them nor any acknowledgement, nobody from Exclusive keys have reached out to me since then.

I need my refund! DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them, they are a fraud and scamming company! You have been warned.

Ordered on 29 Dec 25, Now 8Jan26, still no correspondence, and still waiting for item. No customer service, only automated chat.

Be very wary of this company and product. The key covers arrived, however when they were fitted to the remote key fob the controls would not operate. I refitted the covers a couple of times, however the controls still failed to operate.

I emailed the company twice requesting advice or a refund, however they failed to respond.

The website states there is a returns policy if the product is defective , however this is valueless as the company do not respond to emails.

The product looks good but if it prevents the keys operating then it is pointless.

It has been necessary for me to refer the matter to PayPal due to the last of response from Exclusive Keys.

An expensive piece of plastic. Avoid

I am disappointed I ordered the key chain with the cover and they sent me 2 covers and no chain and I paid for key cover and key chain b.s

The print on mine lasted about 2 weeks before rubbing off. Not recommended and would not buy again

Scam company. Only sent half the order and have ignored all emails and calls.

Both key covers arrived and fit both keys i was surprised I ordered them together yet one was delivered by Royal Mail and one was delivered by yodel can only think they were picked in different areas of the warehouse.I am happy with the quality and both work fine on different keys they were well packed and quality is good

Item received does not fit my key fob. It says you can return the item. But there is no easy way to return it. No one responds to emails or the chat on the website. Waste of money!

The product is total garbage and will not fit your key.

Very glossy website and the covers looks high quality and looks are certainly deceiving in this case.

The only way it will fit is to cut it and tape/glue it

How very tempted you are Don’t waste your money, if you have a spare £15/20 to waste, give it to a charity instead.

rubish ,cheep plastic cover not worth the price ,could buy for a lot less money on ebay or temu (like 1/4 of the price ), sent from china .DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Items sent with manufacturing fault. Contacted them online, asked to email.

Emailed all photos and issue. No reply for a month.

⚠️⚠️ do NOT buy from this shower! They tell absolute lies on their terms and conditions. Without doubt the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever encountered. I bought one of these fob covers for my Range Rover Vogue but it didn’t work. When I complained I was told that they would not take the item back nor would they issue a refund or replacement. As a result and as a matter of principle, I will seek to take this legal as no one should get away with taking the piss out of consumers. I don’t care if it costs me. Absolute charlatans

Sent product back the day it arrived as did not fit my key fob States in consumer policy I had 14 days for full refund if unsatisfactory. Emails stopped and money not refunded
