On February 9th, I made a deposit of PLN 500 via Litecoin. Then I placed a bet for the entire deposit amount. The bet turned out to be a winner, so I decided to withdraw the funds to my crypto wallet, but I can't do it because in the "Withdrawal" tab I get the message "You must first make a deposit to be able to request a withdrawal". I’ve been contacting with their live chat multiple times and every time I was told that due to a technical problem my payment would be ordered manually by the appropriate department and it would happens as soon as possible. Unfortunately, till now my payment has even not start been processed!
It looks like they want to steal my funds (950 PLN).
