Used the platform second time

Used the platform second time. 1 st time all went as expected with all the amounts was right and exchange was fast. Second time i recieved less money, even on site there was disclamer “order complete, 823eur was sent to your account”. I received less. I sent couple messages to support. Their answers just do not make any sences and it continues more than a week. No information why i received less was provided to me. Only we raised the problem to other team and stuff….

Scam

Don't use it

Don't use it its strange. They ask your ID, SSN, Debit card number and all approved then suddenly after make purchase you receive sorry, we cannot verify your account, your purchase has been cancelled "We need to inform you that your account could not be verified. Unfortunately, this decision is final, and our support team is unable to assist further regarding this matter", Sound like scam

I was scammed using Mercuryo’s…

I was scammed using Mercuryo’s platform. Even after explaining everything and providing all the evidence, all I got was a useless automated reply and zero help. They don’t even have to pay anything — they just need to cancel the order, but still no action. Be warned: this service has absolutely no buyer protection if you get caught in a scam.

Holding my money hostage

Did a sepa transfer to buy some solana, they said that something is wrong money is not through,i will receive the money back in matter of 2-3 days, i's already a week no money has came back.

I used Mercuryo Pro and not the…

I used Mercuryo Pro and not the exchange, and the service and communication were very good and smooth.
The transactions were delivered as expected and quickly.
When I saw the previous reviews, I was initially concerned, but it all went well; I suppose they fixed something.

Bad. They hold data hostage.

Bad. If you tell them they are bad and want to close your account for whatever reason, they actually ban you. Actual quote:

"Finally, please be aware that once we close your account, you won't be able to use our service again in the future."

So even if someone were to change their mind later, they can't. Good riddance to bad business.

I'm sorry to post my concern here but I don't have much choice if this is the only way to get your attention so you can help me. Thank you for answering my question because your support is not helping me at all (I have the proofs in relation to the bank transaction and transcript support etc..) I just need help and my situation to be unblocked

We made a transaction on your platform on Saturday 20/11/2021 at 14:00 (Purchase of USDT in the amount of 2000 USD) and so far I have not received my funds at all for a crypto transaction the time is getting long.

Your support has stated that:
1. the transaction was blocked by mercuryo waiting for validation
2. a concern with the developer to wait until Monday (the funds will be returned)
3. the funds can not be returned as they are put in the mercuryo wallet that I can make a withdrawal (WALLET I HAVE NO ACCESS TO)
4. I can't log in because I don't receive a sms code (support says they have another problem)
5.and when I write to the support it is without any follow up

And I don't have a single but from you explaining me the situation now I don't know what to do. "I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF YOU CAN HELP ME TO UNBLOCK THIS SITUATION.

Since I don't have access to my Wallet I don't know if the funds are really there and in 1 week the situation is getting desperate for a simple purchase that is normally done instantly.
