Scam Scam

Scam Excel-Mining.Io has gone with all money from people.. This website is Scam and stealing all hard working money from all people..! All report in the police.. WmScammers must to prison!

Scam

Too late, but their website has been ""pirated"" and since they were not able to come back. Their Youtube channel and Twitter account are close as well, how weird, the website still inavailable. It's been 5 days now.

Oh and they are muting people criticizing them on the only place they're still available, Facebook. Full trust!

Full scam, if it reopens, find some other place.

Can't tell whether website is scam or…

Can't tell whether website is scam or legit! I have invested more than 300 usd and i have withdraw more than 30usd but after sometime they put my
account hold cause i have 2 account in which i invested money so they told merge the account after the merger of i can't even withdraw my funds and support is really worst i am telling them since 2 weeks that i can't withdraw my funds they said we are working on it but no account taken. NOW THEY ARE NOT REPLYING THE TICKETS I'VE MADE.
I'VE SOME FAITH LEFT INSIDE MY HEART THAT THEY WILL SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND OTHER USER WHO ARE FACE SAME PROBLEM.

Mixed feelings...

As much as I refused to accept that Excel-Mining.io is a scam, It is however painful that the company puts on hold my account on the allegations that I operate multiple accounts with the company. I suddenly received an email from the company after it refused to process my withdrawals which was earlier placed in the past days. I was however requested to provide KYC documents for my account and that of the person I referred, a situation which sounds not only primitive but unethical. I was however able to contact the person I referred to obtain his Identity Card and forwarded both my ID and that of the person I referred to Excel-Mining via email to prove that the accounts do not belong to one individual as claimed but till now nothing has been done by the company to lift the hold on my account. I sent a complaint via support ticket but no reply. The last reply from the company after I drop a ticket to notify it that I have sent the ID's to prove wrong the allegation was last heard 96hrs ago with the response: "Hello, thanks for letting us know! I will look into your documents soon and will determine if they are accepted shortly."

I have sent several emails, contacted through Twitter and support tickets, there's been no response.

If nothing is done to rectify this issue ASAP, I'll conclude that Excel-Mining is a Scam.
