Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Exbita. I connected with them through the chat feature on their website, and they politely answered all my questions. I purchased a license to install the software myself. However, after I paid, the person who was responding instantly on chat blocked me instead of providing support. They took an average of 5 days to respond to my support requests. The software doesn't work as they described. It has numerous flaws and errors. Definitely stay away from it.

Until they get the money, sweet feet, when they get the money, they block it. The system is faulty, nothing is working. When you ask for help, they snap and don't provide support. Their system is built on just getting money. They blocked it from WhatsApp and everywhere else. All records are available. When they ask for a refund, they snap and say they will not refund. Be careful, do not send your money to these people.

Customer service is so rude, they don't help with bug fixes and doesn't respond after they got money. The script is very buggy, after we report bug fixes they send us to go somewhere. Totally fraud and scam

I had too bad experience with Exbita from Gitesoft company. Because of their rude support and buggy product i lost a lot of users and totally lost my crypto business. They always ask for money for their non-working buggy script with a lot of security vulnerabilities.

Highly recommend don't use them, before you pay they all are so kind, but when you paid they stop replying, telling that we are totally brainless and scam people.
