Not trustworthy.

Worst company to deal with, do not trust these guys. I ordered a chair and recieved a invoice by email and a pending order on my ewin account. The following day I looked on my new ewin account to see when the eta would be and saw that that the pending order had disappeared. Unlike the issues other customers below have had with customer support, they were quick to respond. They explained that they don't ship to europe so the transaction would be refunded. When I asked for a timescale on the refund there was silence. Over the next few weeks I contacted them numerous times opening a new case each time with each case going silent after a couple of exchanges. After a month i contacted my bank who thankfully were able to initiate a charge back.

Shocking Service

Purchased 2 chairs originally but only 1 was sent, eventually got 2nd delivered after contacting the US support as EU support was non existant, after 10 months 1 chair has broke leaving it useless but despite trying to contact them via email, message, facebook, twitter, youtube for the past 5 months both EU and US sites they have ignored all correspondance regarding warranty. worst company i have ever used. stay well clear as once they have your money your non existent to them.

No customer service

Ordered. Money goes to a Chinese PayPal address. No delivery estimation after a week. No replies to email or customer service chat. Nothing on twitter.
Do not order via this company. Customer support is non existent.

Not a scam.

Ok. I'm currently sitting on my ewin chair. Product is excellent. The order process was a little scary. I ordered before looking at any reviews on here. The money goes straight to the manufacturer? or someone in China. They sent me no acknowledgement email so I was a little bit worried and thought I had been scammed but no 10 days after ordering DPD delivered the chair. Not sure what to make of some of the other reviews but as the chairs come from China and are heavy they will use shipping containers so if something goes out of stock might take awhile to restock as container shipping is a mess at the moment. The lack of communication is a problem but if you can live with it the product is excellent.

terrible support

I ordered a table in September 2020. The table has not yet arrived.
I tried to reach the support in any way, so far I have not received any feedback.

I don't have a table and 250.- are gone too.

Please do not order here!

As a summaryDo not order from Ewin, customer service is below responsive and friendly unless refund is mentioned.

As a summary: The quality of the chair is as what you expected, however the customer service of the company is worst aspect of it. Do not purchase a product off them until they improved their communication skills.

In Detail:
I previously ordered an Ewin Knight Series chair off them at May 7th 2020. The expected date for the chair to arrive is around 2-5 days. They haven't sent any confirmation email (except Paypal) or even an order number for me to track.

I thought it might've been an error, so I messaged them via email (in accordance to when they're available written on their website). It took them A DAY to response, and they came back saying that the chairs will be delayed till the 22nd of May, which I understand due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

May 22nd arrived, I still haven't received any emails from them regarding updates to my order or even my order number. I messaged them the day after asking them for any updates on my chair. They responded HALF AN HOUR later stating that it will be further delayed on the 29th, without even giving me an order number.

This is when I decide to request for a refund, which they agreed to, with a simple response of "No problem." No dear sir, no date given on when I can be given of my refund, nothing. This reflects their professionality within their customer service.

I asked them when can I receive my refund, there wasn't any reply WITHIN THREE DAYS. And during those three days I requested for a refund via Paypal by submitting a case about my current situation.

On May 28th is when the company was made aware of the Paypal case I made since I wanted a refund, note that they didn't give me any confirmation for the refund during the time I requested for one. They responded back saying:

"Dear,

Sorry to reply later, there is a big delay for the container, but the chairs will be arrived at our warehouse on 29th, the chair will be shipped out in the first week of June, could you wait few days and close the case on PayPal? Thanks."

No regards to the refund whatsoever.

At this point I gave up and continued with getting my chair, I managed to get my order number from them and received my chair on the intended date.

This is my experience with the customer service, it is horrendous and I wish that they could make improvements on communication.

If you really want to buy a gaming chair or desk, I'd suggest looking into other REPUTABLE companies that offer better quality in their communication.

DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS THAT MENTION "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE". Please report them as they are simply false.

Non-existent customer service after three weeks

I've never been ignored so badly by any company. I've communicated by e-mail, by the website's contact form and even in the order comments for 10 days trying to cancel the order since I picked the wrong chair (I didn't read the measurements correctly) and I haven't received any response.

Not only did they ship the chair two days after the first attempts at communication, but a week later it arrived home, and now I have a big useless chair sitting in a box that I can't even return because that would mean the company has to have SOMEONE in the customer service department.

I should have refused the shipment and initiated a chargeback; I learned my lesson now. But I learned an even bigger lesson: DO NOT BUY FROM E-WIN

Constant excuses & No item, shocking customer service

Constant excuses and the attitude of one of staff is disgusting! Telling me she wish I would wait! It’s not exactly a small amount of money for me to not be bothered! I ordered on 8-11-2020 it’s been 21 days. Contacted Yodel who do not even have the gaming chair. Absolutely disgusted at your lack of customer service and lack of care and being unable to call someone to speak to them instead of being ignored over emails! . I have been fobbed off numerous times with different excuses and enough is enough now first it was the chair had been dispatched and would arrive in 3-5 business days, then it was within a week, then it was blaming Yodel saying they are not making deliveries which is a blatant lie. Then I receive and email in which the customer service agent wrote “ I wish you would just wait” no sorry after 21 days and no chair which was a birthday present I will not just wait! Rude and unprofessional.

I was unsure about this site, but all was good

I was unsure to order on this site because I didn't know it (I ordered at ewinracing.eu not .com), but delivery was very fast, and the chair is looking great (time will tell if it is also good quality...), also very easy to put it together using small manual

Terrible quality for an expensive price!!!

Had 2 chairs from E-Win Racing and both chairs have developed the same problems, one chair is the large one (flash xl series) the other one is mid sized one (flash normal series), I got one for work and one for home.

First Problem:

The arms on the chairs have come loose, there is no bolt to tighten and seems it was more glued in with some kind of adhesive thats worn off.

Second Problem:
--------------------
The 5 star base on the chairs have had 1 leg of the 5 twist causing the chair to dip and become difficult to move.

Third Problem:
-----------------
I was sold on the memory foam being comfortable and lasting long for comfort, however both chairs now feel rock solid after sitting on it for an hour.

Fourth Problem:
-------------------
The chairs now squeak a lot when moving, i have ensure all bolts and tight, its almost as-if some areas need re-oiling or something.

I have had both chairs for almost a year (bought in April 2018) after about 5 / 6 months both chairs had all 4 problems, I contacted E-Win Racing on 4th December 2018 about the first 3 issues, and still after a month.... no reply.

Now I have 2 expensive chairs that are pretty much broken, will be adding my review everywhere I can to warn everyone thats thinking of buying an E-Win chair.

Very Disappointed.

not tax free and can't not be canceled…

not tax free and can't not be canceled my tax bill is on 134,28 EUR
The one screw hole is bad they just tell me it fine and it no problem since the plastic not fall off they keep holding me back with the tax bill they dont understand why i get but i already know that it bc they dont pay tax on the chair the chair is good besides that compared to my dx racer king series

UPDATE I HAVE FOUND OUT 2 allen cap screws are bad
the screw holes are bad 2 (They dont seem to care about it)
