Useless

I was supposed to have a parcel delivered today, Evri took it to the wrong block of flats, despite mine being directly opposite. They handed the parcel to a man, it was addressed to my Mum, no questions asked. Just gave him it amd disappeared. Absolute morons.

Tried to scam me out of extra charges…

Tried to scam me out of extra charges by claiming my parcel was 4x the size it was.

Asked them to show me their proof in case of future legal action and they backtracked.

How many just pay and don't fight?

As usual total incompetence

As usual, Evri delivered my parcel to an address I don’t recognise.
Why why why why why does EVRI pretend to be a courier??
They aren’t. They just take money and leave your parcel anywhere!

Oh no,I just received a text showing me they have mis delivered another one. I don’t recognise the photo at all.

DO NOT USE EVRI.
THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT

Will not use again

I ordered a parcel on Thursday the 12th and I got a message confirming it would arrive on Wednesday the 18th. Then I got another message informing me it would be delivered on Monday the 16th. I was not around Monday, so I had the parcel diverted to the Post Office (a drop off point) opposite my house (30m away). Instead of dropping of there the driver took it back to the depot. Since then I have contacted them only to receive generic emails back. You can't chat to anyone online and you can't phone a person to find out any info. I filled in two enquiry forms and was told an agent would phone me within 24hr, however this did not happen. I still have not received my parcel. I will not use these again! Just as poor as Hermes was!

100% failure rate on delivering parcels to the correct address 

having had nine parcels can you believe out of the last night I ordered from Amazon two were delivered incorrectly by Evri with photographs showing that they have been delivered to the wrong place.
Another Evri parcel said it was delivered with no evidence of it and it never arrived so congratulations you have successfully failed 100% in the last three deliveries through Amazon that you were supposed to deliver. Appalling service as always. I avoid you like to play as always and I have actually said to companies I will not use them if they use you for deliveries and now I'm losing money because I'm not getting my deliveries which mean I cannot carry out the work which means I one step away from the election and compensation. You are ridiculous. Why are you still in business?

More crap non-service from Evri .

What went wrong was my goods were not delivered as usual . My heart sinks when i see that the seller is using Evri or herpes as i prefer .i just know that i will NOT get my goods . They cannot be contacted , i contact the seller , they tell me THEY can't contact Evri . Why use them i ask , because they're cheap , i'm told . If they paid their eastern european drivers more perhaps they wouldn't steal our goods , and they could get English lessons so they can ask directions . Evri , and it's close competitor in incompetance ,Yodel .should be shut down , made bankrupt and deported .

Shockingly bad

Shockingly bad. App doesn't work correctly, and they decided to return my parcel back to the sender, after stating it was lost, then received an email saying it was out for delivery. Can't get through to a human, just bounced between the chat bot, an automated line and their fake CS agent via email Claire.

Ordered next day delivery as I’m going…

Ordered next day delivery as I’m going on holiday. 3 days later still not turned up. Sent an email no reply. This is the 3rd time I have had items delivered by evri,the first never arrived. Said had photo proof of delivered in my porch wasn’t even my porch. lol. When I order items again I will make sure they are not the delivery company if they are will take my business elsewhere. I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars.
They are awful!!! Waiting on two parcels. One from EBay and one from a private company. Why are people using this company. A week late on both, can’t get proper updates. In future I will ask who will be delivering before purchasing. Had a delivery from Houston Texas that didn’t take this long. Fuming 😡 is not the word!!!

Always say my address is incomplete…

Always say my address is incomplete even though it isn’t, then try to get hold of my card details to charge me extra to deliver. Total scam, if I know a product is being delivered by Evri I buy it elsewhere now. Is no one at Evri at least embarrassed to be getting so many dreadful reviews. What is the boss doing about it?

Not just garbage service but liars with…

Not just garbage service but liars with it. Apparently "your parcel has been delivered and signed for at the delivery address " proclaimed the email. A photo was provided as if to prove this statement. I'm not at home so have most certainly NOT signed for anything and the photo shows my parcel precariously perched on top of the wall at my back gate. It's just started raining. I will be home in an hour. Let's hope it's still there when I get there. If it is, let's also hope that it's not rain damaged. Pathetic from evri

Last 3 deliveries I have had from them…

Last 3 deliveries I have had from them have been considerably late 2 of them taking a week to travel from 1 part of England to another 1 of them being a local delivery supposedly in 24 hours they are most definetly the worst courier company out there now the lack of communication would probably give them 5 star plus score.

Driver steal the parcels 2 times!!!

Driver steals the parcel.
Second delivery in a week and second time the driver stole the parcel. Will report it now to the police. EVRI is doing absolutely nothing about it what is a disgrace.
Nobody was ringing both times, and no parcel anywhere.
I'm super unhappy about EVRI. This company should be shut down by the government!!!

The answer of Evri shows that they don't care. Calling is useless, because they say I already complained and end the call. The chat is doing nothing and wait since the 14/06/2025 of a call. No call coming, so I will report it to the police. This company should end the business, hire delivery drivers who not ringing and stealing the parcels.
First delivery at the 14th, second at the 16th (today). I got an email that the parcel is delivered, but that's not true. I talked to TEMU that I never want again a parcel delivered with EVRI. TEMU knows, and next delivery will be with another courier. Sure, the delivery driver stole it and EVRI is taking no action.

Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful. Three times in the last few weeks I've had to wait 10+ days for delivery. It just says it's delayed and will try again the next day but they never do. Then when the delivery day has come around it's not been delivered to my house, no photo evidence of where it has been left and not found anywhere in my area. The robot live chat and emails don't respond to your queries. You cant speak to anyone on the phone. So three times I've had to go to the retailers and log my item as lost. Just useless.

Favourite COMPANY NOT

Been waiting for a parcel that they have had since early June today is 15th stated they attempted on the 8th they did not as I was in all day i brought this to there attention on numerous occasions to only get the same depressing reply contact such a number that only states the same old garbage we are looking into it and someone be intouch 24 hrs its all rubbish from a company that does not care about providing services but only there pockets and wages in future im asking sellers what company they use first if evri will find else where until I find one who does not deal with this poor quality firm formerly as herpes I say this because its becoming more contagious than a disease it self, when you ask for a call back on live chat you font get a call its a pathetic email and half the time you font get that this company is a disgrace.

SCAM COMPANY

Appalling service

Appalling service! Over 4 days of promised deliveries which didn’t materialise. Photograph of the wrong street, no explanation for non- arrivals and impossible to speak to anyone about it. A callback promised which didn’t materialise not happen. I would not order if the company were using this courier!
