I ordered new plates and had to chase up delivery. Despite the delay in receipt I was initially happy with the plates but a couple of months on and the lettering on the yellow rear plates has started to fade. I reported my concerns to the company and have received no response, despite follow ups with them. Extremely poor customer service and product. Avoid and buy elsewhere.

same as pretty much everyone else on here (how do they get a 2.8 score on trust pilot when all 3 reviews are 1 star?). ordered my plates, nothings arrived in nearly two weeks and zero response from the email i eventually tracked down on their site. Useless!

Ordered on Sunday and paid for express delivery and the plates still have not arrived. I've now been fined for having the wrong plates on my vehicle which I will be passing onto the company as this is on them. I have chased several times and not had a single reply.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 number plates with express tracked shipping and eventually received shipping confirmation 3 days later! As of a week later I still had no plates and no tracking information I filed a case through PayPal to which they did respond with tracking information which showed the plates hadn't even been sent until the day before so 6 days after I ordered and 4 days after I originally had shipping confirmation. They then bizarrely replied via PayPal telling me to wait until the items arrive and if I have any issues to get in touch with Royal Mail??? It's not RMs fault you haven't sent out orders from a week earlier. The website has no contact information other than an email address that they don't respond from at all. I'm fairly sure the company is a scam and if I ever do receive my number plates I'll be amazed if they're correct and/or of any decent quality.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. I placed an order for a set of custom gel plates for my Tesla, carefully designing them exactly how I wanted. I selected a 1/2-day delivery option, but the plates didn't arrive for a full 6 days. When I finally opened the package, I was shocked to find that they were not as I had designed them. The plates had an unwanted border and were misaligned with the perspex front, with the design positioned at an awkward angle.

I reached out to EV Plates through both the contact form on their website and the email address provided on their contact page. Unfortunately, it’s now been over a week, and I’ve received no response whatsoever. Additionally, the company does not provide a contact phone number on their website, and I’ve found no number through any online searches.

Upon further inspection, I also noticed that the Trustpilot reviews on their site appear to be fake, as they don't display legitimate Trustpilot branding and do not seem to be directly sourced from Trustpilot itself.

I would strongly advise against using this company. My experience was poor from start to finish, and I ended up going to a different supplier for my plates, where everything went smoothly with no issues. Unfortunately, EV Plates has proven to be completely unreliable. I would not recommend them to anyone.
