Excellent communication from initial contact to job completion. High quality installation at value for money cost.

Excellent - unlike most fitters that adopt completely formulaic response with a yes or no result we got a proper assessment and recommendation. Fitting was excellent and they overcame numerous minor issues that would have had others tutting.

I was very unimpressed by the whole attitude of the Stratford on Avon company that the Mercedes garage recommended therefore I contacted EV Planet following a recommendation from a friend. From the very first contact up to final installation the whole attitude and work carried out was first class and carried out with care, consideration and at a reasonable cost for what was challenging installation.
I couldn't recommend more highly.

There are very few occasions when customer service lives up to its name but this is one of them. Jordan was super friendly, helpful and efficient with processing the EV charge point at my home. Installed today by Aidan who was equally as positive and polite so would highly recommend.

I was looking for a local Company with good customer service. I had a recommendation to EV Planet from a friend who had used them, and I was impressed with Jordans speedy replies to my many questions. The installation was neat and tidy, on the day (James) and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Communication from company was great. Engineer arrived on time, was very professional and polite.

Installation was done within a short time frame. He also cleaned up the debris after the completion.

I have used this company twice now (for an Air-Con installation and EV Charger installation). On both occasions the whole process from quoting, to installation to testing was first class. All the cabling is very tidy and unobtrusive. I would highly recommend this company.

From first contact re pricing and installation of my charging point Ev were excellent in every way possible from basic instructions on the survey of my property, keeping in touch through emails and phone calls fitting was promp and installation was expertly carried out by three very competent engineers.
