This company is a shambles
This company is a shambles. Expected delivery on 4th monday. Phoned on Friday before, 1st to verify purchase because no email was sent or tracking. Tried again twice on Monday to find out why it wasn’t delivered, to find out it hadn’t even been dispatched. And even then customer service said didn’t know why and they would get back to me, because apparently there was nobody in warehouse. This is another joke company pretending to be official. Just try somewhere you know you can trust.

Excellent product and brilliant customer service
Excellent product, well made and brilliant customer service! I left a note with my
order asking if possible to change the orientation of the breaking wheels - whilst not expecting it to be possible without waiting for a custom order… my order arrived in 3 working days and my note had been read and the wheels had been changed over. Thank you so much! It was super appreciated and it’s so refreshing to find a company that takes pride and pays attention to the small details! Thoroughly recommend this company.

Great Service and Advice from Juliet
I wanted to buy a quality moving skate and I spoke to Juliet. I initially wanted to purchase a standard skate to move a piano but she advised me to buy a proper piano skate.
I ended up buying a super piano skate from them and it worked a treat for the piano and other heavy items.
If only it had brakes

Dolly wheels look tough and well made.
Website easy to use. Found what I wanted with the help of good product descriptions. Received 2 dolly wheel sets with quick delivery. Used them straight away move a big heavy double oven size cooker. Made moving it so much easier. Dolly's look well made
Got a lot more furniture moving in a couple of months so time will tell if they handle that without falling apart like some other manufacturers.
