Recovery & Relaxation combined.. Love it 🤩
Love having the ability to use a sauna when I want to and in the comfort of home..

Rehab while sitting, love it!
I spent an hour in the Evolve compression boots following the completion of a 100 day challenge which involved a lot of running. I could tell straight away that my legs felt lighter and it even eased my hip pain too! My favourite setting was when it compressed sections at a time time starting from my feet, then calves, then knees, then thighs. Really relaxing rehab and all I had to do was sit! Loved it!
