Great cabin in a very nice area! Enjoyed our stay but didn't like having to haul our trash somewhere. Didn't know about that inconvenience till we arrived. Overall, a nice weekend getaway.

The house was very comfortable. Had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. Great location, great pool area and comfortable to sleep. The outdoor seating was awesome. Front of the house and back of the house were usable. Our dog had a great time too being able to run around in the front yard.

The property contact was quick to respond to our questions and we had the useful information we needed to not only enjoy the property we rented, but also to understand what our responsibilities, rights and privileges were in the whole process.

I submitted my review, including my age, occupancy, pet description and plans. It was very easy to complete my reservation. Fees were completely explained and payment process was effortless. The only "issue", I had was when contacting my host about a couple of questions. Apparently, information about my pet was dropped. It was not an issue. I explained to my host that my dog was coming and he was welcomed.

Years ago, I had numerous headaches dealing with all the various vacation home listing sites. It was very time-consuming and frustrating. Try speaking to an actual human for help!
Then I discovered Evolve, and all my problems disappeared. Seriously! They take care of everything for me! All the listing updates, bookings, guest contact, payments etc. etc... They even have insurance as part of the rental program, which was incredible for us when a guest broke a sliding door.
The Evolve team responds quickly and thoroughly to every request I make. I couldn't be happier with Evolve and would highly recommend them to any rental property owner! They are a 10 out of 10 for me and my family!

House was good and advertised appropriately. Customer service was outstanding and allowed for early check in which was greatly appreciated. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job on the bathrooms as the master toilet seat had stains and both showers had long hairs stuck to the walls.

I am pleased with the # of renters Evolve is attracting, the response time from Evolve and ability to get in touch with a person when I need to. I also had a guest complain about non-issues or made-up issues recently and after sending documentation into Evolve, Evolve agreed with me.
Two items on the negative side.
1. I don't think the guaranteed booking program is worth the discount. I only have a very small percentage of guests that cancel and I will most likely drop out of that program.
2. Evolve notifications on a change in the schedule should give more detail. Which listing (I have two) and which booking and if it is a block and not a booking the dates

Evolve: They were very efficient and helpful!I booked months ahead of the actual date we were renting the cottage and they kept me updated by email the entire time. I called a couple times with questions which were promptly answered. A great experience!

To be honest, due to time constraints involved when booking accommodations (on Expedia), I failed to realize the total costs involved, not noticing $200 cleaning fees, VRBO fees, etc, which actually would have influenced my selection had I read details more carefully.

I just book an house in Groveland, US, Yosemite area. At my arrival I was charged of 50$ to acces to the house. This fee was not reported in any part of the check out.
When I ask for information, they told me that was a propriety fee, was mandatory. They admit that that fee was Hidden an not Clear reported but they tell me that was for the Security check in point and they did not refound me. Really not a good way of work.
Update:
They affirm that the fee was reporter clearly on the site and on the check in data.
The check in data was send me the day of the Arrival, so too late, not really useful.
The other information is display in an Hidden part of the reservation, to discover that fee you have to check the rules or the house.
Is a fee, it should be displayed clearly on the check out page. Not only as an information in a secondary list that is almost Hidden.
