I do not recommend ordering from this company. Poor communication, slow responses, and outrageous fees. Very disappointing.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a portable air conditioner on June 7th and never received any clear communication about the shipping date. Because of the heatwave and complete lack of information, I was forced to cancel the order just four days later, on June 11th.
Despite the cancellation, the supplier sent me a shipping notice on June 16th – without any prior warning or confirmation from the company itself. I had no idea the product was still being shipped. Even worse, I didn’t hear back from the company until June 30th, almost three weeks later, after sending multiple emails. Their excuse? My messages had “landed in the spam folder.” Frankly, that’s not my problem – a professional company should regularly check their spam folder and handle customer service properly.
Now they want to charge me €120 in shipping costs for an order I cancelled in time and never received willingly. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of organization and customer care. I believe the company is overwhelmed and unable to manage their logistics properly – but it’s the customer who ends up paying the price.
