Extremely unprofessional and careless company. Do not buy anything online from them. Our order is delayed by a month and still there people have no idea of status of the order.manager Ashish Gulia updated after 1.5 months that the product is out of stock!! Extremely poor customer service and escalation matrix. Never ever buy anything from them.

Online deliver is just next to pathetic. They don't care whether you are calling them over phone, Twitter, FB, WhatsApp. Your concerns will not be heard.
There CC is full of untrained unprofessional persons who don't provide you any information but are so concerned about professional terms.

Never buy from them. They have stupid cancellation policy and they take 15 days to delivery. There are hundreds of websites who deliver in three days wit 0 cancellation fee. Customer service is worst.

Never ever buy stuff from Evok,Bangalore (HBR layout) ! We brought a sofa worth 75K which got spoilt in 8 months. We then contacted Evok who gave a contact called Narendra who came and fixed the seating. In about a year's time, the cover started wearing off. We contacted the guy Narendra again who came and told us that the entire cover needs to be removed and charged 26K from us. The cover lasted only for 6 months and started to wear off. Now the guy after being contacted just gives excuses and has not come over again to fix the shoddy work that he has done. Go for some other good brand other than EVOK. Terrible experience to say the least!
Best place to loose money and peace
This is best place if you want to loose your money and peace of mind.
Products are poor quality. Far far away from what is shown on their website.
Support is superb. They are always available, with a different answer every time. With no clue about what is happening with your order.
Cancellation policy is worse. 10 days and I have yet to receive refunds of two of my orders which I cancelled after getting fed up with their support and service.
STAY AWAY FROM EVOK
We bought a sofa on 04 Dec 2020 and not yet been delivered (01 Jan 2021). Customer service doesn't answer calls, and they have no clue about the shipping status. Each time they give a different answer. They marked the order status as delivered, and when we enquired, they again changed it to transit.

I bought a 3 seater recliner" magna" worth ₹45000. The leather ( if v can call it that) is peeling off from everywhere ,making it a horrendous sight.
Solution offered by Evok?
Pay ₹ 22000and get leather changed.
It's better ro buy stuff off local brands.

Great Experience with Evok
Amazing experience while buying From Evok. I ordered a sofa from them in August and surprisingly it got delivered before the expected date. The product quality is appreciable and great. Recommended for furniture buying stuffs!
waste company
waste company. Not to buy anything. they will take all payment in advance and then they will delivered damaged product. inspite of repeated follow up, they are list bother to reply your mails. I raised a complaint on 23.07.2020 by complaint ID MJ50438 for delivery of damage Entertainment TV unit, still not resolved. further there is no intention of evok to resolve it. basically they are seating to loot the money.

Never ever order anything on Evok online. I got my bed after so many emails and then installation was done after one week and product was faulty. One piece was damaged. And even in low base hydraulic model bed, the bas was missing. Now i wonder what will i do with that hydraulic opening if i am not able to store anything inside my bed. It’s like that i will keep my things on my floor in the boxes of bed.

My Story and EVOK's fake listing products.

I followed up so many times that I am not getting any updates on my order, which I placed on 19th July. (Now almost a month)
Even after taking so many followups over the call with evok representatives no one informed that the products they are showing on website is not available or out of stock.
We discussed 3-4 times between dates 21th july and 5th of August , your team informed us that there is some confusion whether the customer wants to cancel the order or not.
(I never cancelled it)
My initial concern was the size of the product, which was not mentioned clearly on your website. (Like on the image it was mentioned 13 inches wide and in discription it was 63 cms wide), which was creating confusion.
(Now on 16th Aug. the product is not available on the evok website.)
Again, after waiting for so many days I called up evok customer care on 9th August after 15 working days of order placed (as per your process and standard shipment duration) and that time also I got the same answer "that there is no update from the back-end team" and we will share the updates with in 48 hours.
And again I called on 11th August and 12th August and got the same answer that there is no updates from the back-end team...... So many calls to evok but no response from your side.
No good feedbacks for evok. even on google you see the rating is 1.9/5.
As a customer the most disappointing feature of your website is "we can't track our orders)
Now on 18th Evok refunded the amount without informing the customer.

waited 40 days for delivery but they didn't send product at all.
I tried to contact support almost everyday but same answer order shipped and will be deliver in 2-4 days.
Moreover I request to cancel order but they are not going to cancel and request to send email. I try to send emails but no answer at all. Phone supports are not polite at any point.
Eventually, I got number of manager, by post review on facebook and twitter. He is also absent-minded but he confirm me about cancel my order after 40 days. But till today 16-Aug-2020, I did't receive refund.

I have ordered the product (Recliner Sofa Set) on 31st July 2020 from Evok website and order has been confirmed. But I haven't receive any updates till now today (14th August - 6:55 pm) from Evok regarding the shipping details . I have called multiple times to customer care and sent emails sadly no response from any teams regarding the product. Badly, I am waiting for my product but sadly backend team is not updating the product in the right manner and customer care doesn't have enough support. I am sure management is very poor in handling customer services. High time for Evok to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Right now can't comment the product but refrain ordering the products in Evok website. Online team sucks.

My complaint no.MJ 503830.I order a TV unit on 15th June 2020 , received on in July.When person from Evok came for assemblina glass was damaged. From 15 days my complaint is not being attended.And unable contact main person.Custorme care will call and your assembling date is rescheduled.

Poor and Lowa Quality Products by EVOK
I have ordered bearing 9993891 dated 27th Feb. for Rio Brown RHS Sectional Sofa. But evoke company has delivered the wrong product and low quality product in the month of March 2020.
We requested them to cancel my order on 24th march. 2020 and to refund my money as delivered the low and substandard quality product. From the March 2020 till now they did not respond, I sent many emails, called to customer care. But till now they did not respond. They are mischief the customer in the name of Hindware. They are making furniture with all low-quality raw materials. Its kind of cheating using online. Known for low-quality products and poor customer services. They are cheating the customers in the name of the Hindware brand and misusing online during the COVID. Display products online well and deliver low and substandard quality to the customers.
