I’ve been waiting over three weeks for…


I’ve been waiting over three weeks for Evobike to send me a shipping box so I can return a bike that has never worked properly since I bought it. The person handling my case, Alan, keeps delaying and now even refuses to send the box.

This bike is essential for my business. Because of these ongoing issues, my business has been completely stopped for over a month. I depend on this bike to work, and despite explaining this many times, I’ve received no real help or solutions.

I’ve had several problems with the bike from the beginning, and now Alan is telling me that I might not get a refund at all. This is devastating. I worked six months non-stop to be able to afford this bike, trusting it would support my work.

For over a month, I’ve been begging for help, alternatives, or any concrete solution, and instead I’ve been met with delays, uncertainty, and lack of responsibility.

Very disappointing experience, especially for a company selling bikes for professional use. I would not recommend Evobike to anyone who relies on their product for work.

I bought the EvoBike Cargo Pro 2025…

I bought the EvoBike Cargo Pro 2025 (Order No. 65126857) and it’s been a huge disappointment.

Their staff had assured me before purchase that the rain cover was “a complete set for use in rainy weather,” but it isn’t waterproof and leaks badly. When I complained, they replied that the bike is “not suitable for winter use,” something that had never been mentioned before during the consultation before purchase.

The bike is dangerously unbalanced, even with light loads, and the left pedal stem broke after only one month of very light use. EvoBike refused responsibility, claiming it was reported too late.

A case was opened, but they’ve stopped replying despite several follow-ups. Eventually, they refunded me for the winter cover and sent me another pedal. In summary, Poor design, misleading information, and zero accountability. I don't recommend it at all.

A main part is missing in the box

A main part is missing in the box, I received the box three/four days earlier and have complained for the missing part and yet no response from company about missing part. Poor customer service. Packaging was so old style and nothing packed as per standard therefore missing items.
Not worth the money.

Very unprofessional

Ordered a 20’wheel for my cargo bike. Only got a tracking trace number after the package was already reqdy for pick up and they sent me a 26’ back wheel…
How unprofessional can this shop be ? Been writing mails about the tracking trace but took a few days before I could get a response and it wasnt week end. Wrote a mail the 26th of august lets see about the wrong product shipped, i hope to get a response next week.

Bicycle Cargo Duo.

Bicycle Cargo Duo.

I tried to make the devolution of the bike for 3 times and them does not have any answer.
It's false advertising when they said on website that is possible to make a test on the bike for 14 days and so to return the product if you didn't like for any reason.

The bike cargo duo arrived at 14 of June 2022 and another day I send and email for make a devolution, but for my surprise I only had automatic answer and til now I keep having this kind of answer.

I had some difficult with the bike cargo;

First: the local shop didn't know how to assemble the handlebars (I solve this later)

Second: The trailer is getti­ng totally wet when I cycled through of thin rain, even though I have put the cover ca­refully on and closed it properly. The cushions and the trousers of my daughter stayed all wet. I told them that it would not can continue this way. Now after of this thin rain I noticed a rusty liquid falling from trailer. It's not a simple thing.

Third: the right headlight doesn't working, it's necessary to change.

Four: the battery is not new is possible to see some signs of damage.

Anyway I contact them several times and nobody gave me an answer, by the way I don't think they are interested getting in touch after all they already receive the money for the bike.

At the end I payed for something that doesn't work completely.

Just a warning: don't be fooled into thinking that after the purchase you can return the bike within 14 days or that you will have some support from the company Evo Bike.

Good quality, slow technical support

The bike is good quality and the warranty did cover some problem with the el-motor.
But the technical support works only by email and it makes comunication very slow.
A problem that coudld have been solved in 1 or 2 weeks, took more than a month.
But it was finally solved.
