Not impressed with you or your Oldham…

Not impressed with you or your Oldham branch in any way.

Directed to your company by credit broker and provisionally approved. All good so far the the requests for data started, have my bank account, but that’s not good enough as need my other accounts, ok no worries.

Appointment made for 1215hrs that day all sounds as if it’s a formality as it’s been provisionally approved.

No get a call back declined and it’s at this point I have become annoyed as I have since received numerous texts and emails - advising that I need to further my loan application - are you deliberately trying to wind me up or rub salt in the wound.

Just leave me alone or I will make this formal with a complaint to the FOS and the ICO.

absolutely out did themselves

absolutely out did themselves went above and beyond for me helped me out so much nice friendly polite staff at branch and on the phone that made the whole process quick easy and comfortable my agent was fantastic very down to earth and no pressure i am so made up i can arrange my babies christening thank you all especially my agent bootle branch i would recommend anyone struggling to get credit to give it a try i applied yesterday and received my funds today 10/10

Avoid this company if you need a loan they will mess you about for weeks.

Applied for a small loan to spread the cost of a caravan for the family to use. After speaking originally with Chelsea the next day I was informed that the next step will be that I need to finish off all paperwork etc. so I was waiting for a call that took roughly a week to come, and I was told that they could give me 500 more than I originally asked for. Then I had to go through all my spending and commitments, and was told I could have the money the same day. So for that reason sat in the phone for what seemed like an eternity, explaining every outgoing from my bank. I was sent an agreement online and was told to sign it along with direct debit agreement etc. I was then told that I in fact could not receive the money until the next day and that Chelsea’s manager will call first thing to go through the final steps before payment.
So I waited for the call that never came, eventually I called them at 12pm and was told the manager will call me after the call she’s on. Call came eventually at 15.00. After running though some questions about my understanding of the terms (that I’d already agreed to twice now) I was asked about an account my wife had that I was not able to gain access to. Then the manager said the money will be with me in 30 mins. So I waited again nothing until 16.00 and was then called again by Chelsea. Who then informed that I was unable to have the loan due to a credit check. After all of the time waisted being promised the money for over two weeks and signing contracts for the loan I was refused.

Unprofessional behaviour from the staff I could clearly hear other agents in the background making phone calls begging for information from others. I would avoid any dealing with this company they quote an apr online and then take an extraordinary amount of time with access to your bank to offer more at an extreme rate to then at the last moment deny your application. Disgusting behaviour and very poor service.

EVLO Romford Review

I just wanted to write a review of Evlo Romford. The kindness and decency showed to me by both Lucy and Adam today was wonderful. They both treated me with respect and decency, not looking down on me due to my circumstances, as I needed to ask for help. Everything was deal with so unbelievably swiftly and professionally.

Absolutely fantastic experience from…

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Application process took no time at all, a few phone calls later and everything was all sorted. I was lucky to have Kirsty, she was so nice, easy to speak to and made everything easy to understand, no judgement and made me feel understood and at ease. Would recommend and will use again!

Fantastic service from the branch in…

Fantastic service from the branch in Bolton. Very easy to deal with, swift service and kept in contact through the entire process. It was not complicated and everything was extremely clear and straightforward.
Excellent customer service and extremely polite staff.
Would highly recommend!

Garbage

Garbage. Provisionally approved for £12,000. At an APR of 36%. Went through all the emails, calls, allowing them to contact me for other services etc. only to be told the maximum they can now give me was £8000 at 86% APR. Ridiculous. Think I was born yesterday! Looking for desperate people obviously to trap!
Bit of a scam company.

Excellent service with reading branch

I am with the reading branch. I have to say the service was very smooth and easy to understand. Everything was explained very clearly by my account manager, Stuart, and the money landed the same day. I would recommend.
