My bmw x1 had mini service and mot . Was unsure who to use instead of main dealer and gave these guys a try .

This is not the first time I've used Eviva Automotive and it will not be my last. My Audi was in need of a major service and a MoT. I was given an appointment that worked for me and the Team then dropped my car off at the Garage the evening before. I knew it would need some additional work to get it through the MoT.

An hour later, Dan, one of the Engineers, rang me to say I needed new tyres and brake pads for the rear. He later rang and discussed the state of the rear callipers, suggesting that although it would pass its MoT they were not in a good state and suggested replacing them.

What I like about Eviva is the no-nonsense approach they have. There is no confusion in what they are offering nor is there any BS that may confuse the less technically minded. Unlike some other places I have been to, I never feel I am having the 'wool pulled over my eyes' - for me honesty is a big thing.

Thanks to Dan and James, my car has another 12 months ticket, feels like its running better and stops on a sixpence. A brilliant garage that I unequivocally recommend to anyone.

Professional, friendly, communicative, and supportive - a very happy customer! I had tried to book my Audi in with main dealers, who were consistently busy and always promised to call back - they never did - suprisingly really poor. So I went searching and found Eviva online. So pleased I did - Dan and James were friendly, polite, helpful and obviously know their stuff. The bonnet cable had broken and the bonnet itself was jammed tightly shut, so any access to the engine compartment was gone. Dan sorted it out (had to strip the wheel arch out and go in from underneath). He kept me informed at all times. I couldn't be happier, and will be using them in the future, what a find! 👍

I must admit, by far this is the best service I had any where. I contacted the garage for a few problems I had with my smart car. one of which, I tried 7 garages before I treid him, in the last few weeks, none of them could identify, let a lone fix this problem but Dan managed to identify and fix the problem, and the problem with the alarm too within a couple of hours, finally I can put the car alarm on without having to worry about it going off with no reason what so ever and disturbing the neighbours.. There good service did not end there, he ran a detailed health check report and email that to me highlighting any issue that needs to be addressed. which I usually get from Mercedes dealershi, with a big price tag. He also printed me the digital service history of the car. All the extra services were free of charge. what a star, and a service. I really recommend them.
