Very expensive service, no refund, and no official proof of application outcome

I paid around $1000 for what was advertised as an expedited / express visa service for my family through the website evisaudi com.

According to the payment records and bank transaction, the merchant processing the payment appears as MIGRAGLOBAL SOLUCIONES LTD, which seems to be the company operating this website.

I chose this service because I wanted to avoid delays and save time, especially given the current regional circumstances. Before payment, I received reassurance by email that if the visa was not issued before my requested travel date, there would be a refund arrangement.

After waiting for the result, I was later informed that the applications were rejected due to one personal photo allegedly not being compliant. As a result, I was told that the entire amount was non-refundable, meaning I lost the full $1000.

What concerned me even more was that when I asked for official proof that the applications had actually been submitted and rejected, I was not provided with any official rejection notice, government confirmation, or documentation from the Saudi visa system. I was simply told that no such document could be provided.

It is also important to mention that one of the passports involved was a U.S. passport, and there are other visa arrangements available for such travelers. I chose this paid service only to save time and avoid possible queues, but instead I ended up paying a very high fee without receiving clear official proof of the application outcome and without any refund.

My experience was very disappointing. I strongly recommend that travelers carefully verify whether they are applying through an official government portal or through a third-party intermediary before paying high service fees.
