Had a charge of £114 from this company. Can only imagine they impersonate the official US visa site as it said I was being charged $21. I was booking an ESTA to take my child for medical treatment. I... See more

Similarly to the previous review I also made the mistake of not going through the direct govt website and was initially overcharged by this company. However, after informing them that I was not happy... See more

This company is a scam. Like others that required an ESTA, I thought that this was an official site. I was subsequently charged £110 for a $21 transaction. I have tried to contact them directly but ha... See more

It's a ripoff

I totally concur with others, $120 US for a visa that the government charges just over $20 US for. A massive ripoff.I should have known better.

BEWARE - Con at work

Just caught me today for almost £200 when the real US Govt site is £36 for 2 renewals. My bank are disinterested in this scam, so be warned. The site looks official, but is essentially just a modern robber, posing as an official US Govt office. Why is nobody closing down these people? I've been visiting family in the USA every year for 30 years, but still didn't detect this was a scam site.
Disgusted with myself, but where are the web police or US internet enforcers? Total and absolute con.

Total scam

Total scam! It was a sponsored post website and the top link when googling ESTA Application. I don't believe this was the name, but this was who the payment request came from. I had applied for an ESTA a few years back and the website and all questions were exactly the same and very convincing of being the real deal. Only reason I did not go thorough I had to authorise the payment on my banking app which was requesting $120! This was a huge red flag so checked the link and only then did I realise I was not on the government website. I was able to decline the payment before money was taken

Total scam

Total scam, they should not be allowed to operate. They cloned the official ESTA application website to make you think you are applying directly. They provided no services whatsoever, no assistance, but charged 99$ extra on top of the ESTA application cost. I have raised this with the authorities, these scammers should be investigated for fraud.

Misleading

Currently waiting to see if they will honour the refund. Tricked into paying over £90 when it should have cost no more than £17. I have sent a message requesting refund. Will let you know if this is processed

Misleading site

I was using the site usimmigrationsupport.net
which at the end the payment came from this site evisafee.com.

I was misled to think it is the official site and paid 120USD for ESTA.

I applied for refund, now waiting for thier response.

Update:
After 30 minutes got an email back with the approval for the refund.

I too was tricked

I too was tricked thinking it was the genuine site. I am usually v careful and have applied for ESTAs several times before. Thought I was paying $12 and only noticed how much I had been charged when I looked at my credit card bill of £94.11
However when I complained to the company that fees were not made clear, they have now taken that charge off my credit card.

This is a scam site

This is a scam site, DO NOT USE! They do provide your visa but charge a massive on top fee when you can get the visa from actual government site just as easy and for 21 USA dollars!

USA VISA ESTA Application for UK Citizens

I found USA VISA ESTA application on google and filled the entire form and only realized that it was a fake site when it asked me to pay 120 USD instead of 21 USD. What a shame that google even listed it in its search. Beware guys...

Scam. Avoid.

Scam.

They totally tricked me into paying $120 for an esta, when it should have cost me $21.

Shame on you lot.

I hope you overcook your next batch of pasta so that it's totally mushy, no where even close to aldente.
