Prepare photos of your passport and face beforehand!
Application procedure was quite simple, yet, in the last stage, a message "mandatory information was missing" appeared after credit card payment.
They were photos of my passport and face.
So, I prepared them quickly and uploaded them,
It would be more helpful to the most applicants if we are told in the beginning of the application process that those photo should be prepared beforehand.

SCAM
SCAM! Once I realized, that I cannot fly at the planned date, I was happy, that I had not all necessary information at hand and got the information, that I should upload the missing documents, so that they could work my application. Yet, when I said, that I want to cancel the order, they suddenly told me, that everything is already at the government and approved - which is just a straight out lie, since I haven't even entered half my information.
They kept repeating sending me pre-set emails, that made no sense. Absolute SCAM!

Service fee retained with no work done
I made an error by providing on this site rather than the official ESTA site. I realised the error and asked for a refund within 10 minutes. No documents were submitted and no work started. Despite this I was not refunded the full amount and a service charge retained

2. The moment you start to apply, it will ask for a payment which is more than THRICE the actual amount!
3. For India, the evisa is 40 USD, but this bunch of scammers asks for 123 CHF!
4. And, if by any chance your visa is rejected, this scammer will return you only 40 USD and NOT the money taken!
