Please note your order includes a part we do not keep in stock due to low sales. As stated clearly on the product page and in our terms and conditions these items are made to order in Italy and usually take two to four weeks to reach our warehouse plus shipping time to your location

I made three orders from Japan in three months. (Three orders over 400 euros with free shipping, from May to July 2025)
All the products were made in Italy, and depending on the manufacturer, the quality and finish were lacking from a Japanese perspective. However, when I contacted the store, they responded carefully, so I did not maintain my dissatisfaction and my dissatisfaction was resolved. They also suggested returning the product, but I did not return it because it would be difficult to return it from Japan.
Even from a Japanese perspective, this is a great store. There are many efforts that you can feel safe with, and the way they handle things shows that they are kind, so it is best to make inquiries within the scope of not bothering the store.
By the way, if you purchase 410 euros (about 70,000 yen) from Japan, you will need to pay a total of 4,400 yen in cash to the post office employee upon arrival, including consumption tax and a fee of 200 yen. The package can be tracked, but the delivery date and time cannot be specified the day before. This is a flaw in the Japanese post office. When a missed delivery notice is placed during delivery, it is possible to specify a redelivery date and time
