I appreciate the perfect communication and feedback. When dealing with returns, the willingness and helpfulness. A minor drawback is that FedEx is not an ideal company for delivery to the Czech Republic. If you are not at home twice in a row, the package is stored in their only logistics center in the Czech Republic and therefore has limited pickup options. Fortunately, the driver was always willing and the delivery was successful.
