A number of my deliveries were misshipped and the owner told me that she would not guarantee my deliveries even though she had insurance on the parcels. She told me if if went missing it was not her fault and she would not help. After spending thousands with this shop she dropped me as a client because she could not deal with the conflict. Poor service and very unprofessional. Thank goodness I found another seller. She should not be in business with such a poor attitude towards people and dropping clients after they spent thousands. I even tried to reason with her but she slammed her lack of policy down my throat.
