Fantastic service after an initial hiccup. Dylan from customer services was an absolute star sorting out the delayed delivery. 10 out of 10.

They stocked a hard-to-find Martinsen BBQ which was good. However the product detail did not disclose that the holder for the charcoal had to be purchased separately (and I don't think they sold it). When it came to inputting my address, their auto-find system showed my address, but would not accept it into the form. I had to email to rectify this, but got no answer until I chased on the chat bot. The bot worked well. A nice diagram on site showed the dispatch and delivery time. However the former was not adhered to and I had to message some days later to check if it was going to be dispatched. I did get a very swift phone response and the item was then immediately dispatched. So there were some really good aspects and some less so. Overall I choose non-Amazon retailers, depsite the fact that they will never beat Prime in delivering, in the hope they will know the product and I won't be buying some knock-off. Pizza Ovens did pretty well on the product, a bit less so on details about it and aspects of the delivery were a bit clunkier than they needed to be. Response, once sought, was very good.

Great customer service from Dylan. The Pizza oven shipment was a week late arriving at Antwerp, but Dylan kept me informed of its progress and ensured it was couriered as quickly as possible once it was offloaded in Antwerp and arrived in time for my birthday.
It was very easy to put together and has taken pride of place in our garden. We have used it twice already and the pizzas have been delicious.

Good communication with the company throughout. Delivery date fell back one day from original forecast. Additional item added and it came with main purchase.

I bought the Naples having already owned a similar Alfresco Chef Pizza oven and very happy with it. Dylan communicated very well and ensured that oven was delivered in time for a party - ordered Tuesday and arrived Friday. Would highly recommend.

Apart from the fact I was able to buy a fantastic product with such ease, this company has taken customer service to a whole new level.
Prior to delivery, Dylan kept me informed with regular updates re my delivery, even made sure the delivery was on the date I requested.
Post delivery, being new to pizza ovens, I had a lot of questions!
