The PayPal debit occurred and seemed like a normal order. Shipping costs way too high, but i decided to pay them.
5 days passed, no update on order status, no goods received, forced to install an "Shop" app, from Shopify i guess, just to "track my order".
Same thing, just a different place to show "no shipping info".
Asked for refund, one of the emails returns NDR.
Avoid it
Order places on October 22nd.... and money taken.
Then nothing, bar the Shopify confirmation.
No response to emails (multiple addresses) or calls (multiple numbers) and no 'next day dispatch'.
After two weeks of emails requesting updates and asking if the order is going to happen, I raised a request to refund via my card issuer.
Unbelievably today a package arrived with the order.
I can't say what the delay was as I've still yet to receive any communication from EverythingPi.
There might have been a genuine problem, or this might have been prompted by the refund request.
Who knows.
Suffice to say this isn't an experience I'd want to repeat or recommend for others.
The company is evidently trading, but your mileage may vary.
